  1. The dude is a terrible coach. Look at his record. You are better off without him. During his first time there as coach, 98-2003, he had 3 straight conference wins at Grambling. He's been an NFL scout. He's been a position coach. He coached in the SWAC which is like coaching in some NAIA conference. McNeese beat him by 50 points during one of his championship years at Grambling. He can not coach. Period. Stick with Willie.

  3. Thx Guy's. Stop by our forum sometimes during the season and check in on us. You guys have talent. It's just a matter of putting it all together and making it work for you. Best of luck for the rest the year.
  4. Yes, McNeese isn't known for their coaches pay. His 1st stint was as a GA 2nd as a DB coach. Came back as the DC Left for Money at Ohio and WKU Now back as the DC. Glad and lucky to have him back.
  5. Did he want to come? For the pay increase certainly. Who wouldn't have? Certainly would not have chosen to remain in BG Kentucky.
  6. Glad we could help. (; Seriously, you have some real talent on your team. Now it's up to your coaches to take advantage of it and use it. Finally, I must say that I think our DC had a point to prove to Taggert about not taking him with him to Tampa. Lance Guidry is a hell of a fine coach and his kids played with A fire under their buts.
  7. Our coaches do a good job of teaching class too. Plus our conference officials are quick (too quick) to throw a flag if we even smile.
  8. http://www.southland.org/Sports/Football/FootballArticle/tabid/296/article/11687/Football-Team-Preview-McNeese-State.aspx A little more info on the Cowboys.
  9. Just one noteworthy item. McNeese's Defensive Coordinator worked under your head coach as his DC last year at WKU. He's a McNeese grad who returned home this year. Should make for an interesting game as he should be pretty familiar with your offensive system. I can't make it to the game this year but I was there in 2006. Had a great time.   10. McNeese 27-23 (: Sorry guys don't know your players good enough to pick a yardage leader. But Marcus Wiltz with McNeese should have about 120 yards. And McNeese will end up with say, 501 yards? (;
