    If there's a thread on him here, usually means we had interest at one time ... was being recruited by Hargreaves, per 247. I figured that but now that CWT is driving the bus how does he stand? Is he our backup plan if Kemp doesn't commit?

    I love USF, and USF football but an OCS is not necessary for us at this time. Ray Jay while it needs a roof, and turf is a great place for us to play. It is not far for Campus and it is central to the market where fans from all over Tampa bay, St Pete and Clearwater can come and spend their money. $$$ is what USF needs, we are only going into our 17th year of football. Lets win our conference, lets finish top 25 before we start clearing room for our new stadium. That said IF USF would start to make plans for an OCS next logical step for USF expansion would be University mall. It is a dying business, it is adjacent to USF existing campus, and would be the only thing close to having enough parking for events this size.

    With who? I hope we land some serious talent at RB as well. I think we need to skate through with what we have at QB and with White for now and hit a home run with QB for 2014. I think once Taggart has proved himself a little at USF he will be able to land even more impressive recruits. O'Korn would have been nice, but that is out.

    Long time lurker here, finally decided to chime in. I have thought for a while that AW was hyped more then he should be, but would still be a good qb and a good get. That said I think this team just needs a decent QB to get through year one with CWT. I would be an ecstatic season ticket holder with a 7 or 8 win regular season. That would show we are on the right path and give CWT some serious respect with recruits. Next year is when we land our huge QB, the one that is hungry, the one that is nasty, the one that will take us to multiple 10+ win seasons. AW could have been a **** good qb, especially under CWT but I still think there is better yet to come and this may be a blessing in disguise for the long term.
