    I think Bullwinkle and JTrue need to hung it out. I hope recruits dont see these two fighting and hold it against USF...

    I dont think thats the case Mr. Woulard... I really dont think anyone here other then a few trolls are "not pro-usf" most of us bleed green and gold... One can bleed green and gold and still be realistic of expectations... some fans are a little to RAH RAH. usf is the bestest! no matter what anyone else says! and that isnt really all that healthy either. I do totally understand your view point however... i think some posters get into "personal" disagreements and take things a little too far. however by and large one the vibe is pretty positive.

    # 4 : Kids dream of ultimately being in the NFL if they are being advised correctly all things considered its a good chance going to their favorite college and playing early may not happen more than likely . So while there is a sense of pride and bragging rights associated with going to their favorite school it probably will not be a conduit to reaching the ultimate goal of making big money in the NFL and playing the game they love at the highest level...I don't like the idea of being so pro SEC on this board as there may be some who are on the fence about coming to USF and I would hate for you to sway them in another direction . USF dynasty starts now... I can respect and agree with this.

    ok let me clarify... i said that half mockingly. USF is trying to build a winning football tradition. That takes a LOT of work, it takes a higher caliber of person to build something. SEC schools are all mini football factories... tradition is set... you get to be a cog in that tradition... easier to maintain the tradition then build one... Some kids dont want to go the route of building a new legacy... they prefer the being on the SEC type schools... nothing wrong with that... if thats what the kid wants go that route... It just seems to me reading this board, at times people here believe USF = UF or other SEC schools... but that really is not the case... no shame in it... we've only been at this for 14 years... not 114.

    Well... they play in the SEC... o yea... they play in the SEC... and hey they play in the SEC! did i mention they are one of the better teams in the SEC?

    Pretty sure mr Hargreaves Sr. is not a coach... but i could be wrong... It would also be a stretch for Mr. Hargreaves Jr to end up as a WR coach for UF.

    Stevens is going to be a stretch for us... our biggest asset in having him here is AW... other then that OSU and USCe have edges in every other category. Adams is considering FSU before us... so lets not count all these eggs just yet.

    Its ok... i dont mind saying something in here once a day to bring it back up to the top. Its spot on... have a few UCF fans that have been telling me "we told you once we were in big east we'll beat your butts in recruiting" Yea... they got benjamin... other then that every player they have we've gotten someone better.... Just hope we get Bailey.

    I wish he was back as the commish... very nice and honest appraisal of the situation... hes 100% right that the mid market teams are going to get squeezed out... which makes the onus on USF winning the big east the next few years, all that much greater... so we can get into one of the big 4 conferences.

    I'll be happy to delete if you wish? Thanks for the offer... but i think its important to stand by what we say... even in the heat of the moment and all. Holtz has done pretty well recruiting considering whats happening to the big east... its just really hard to watch UCF catching up... i am one of the few that dislikes UCF more the UF. atleast UF fans have championships to hold over us... UCF fans are just... well. we all know what they are!

    Lets ignore that last post... heat of the moment and all... sucks to lose on this one... this is what it means to not be in one of the big conferences... Hargreaves wants to play for a NC... and thats easier to do at UF.

    How long have Hargreaves Jr and Holtz coached together? Have they been together for the last 4-5 years? If so its an indictment on Holtz as a recruiter... he preaches family foot ball but cant get a guy whos been with him for at-least the kids entire HS career... maybe longer?

    I wouldnt mind if USF is still trying to flip him to be a USF commit... would love to add him and Woulard... two of the more popular QB's in Orlando and Tampa...

    What he said... I got into UF and USF. I went to UF for 1 semester and then came back due to a family illness... dont regret it one bit, had a great time at both schools.. However my GF and lot of my friends went to UF, i spent a LOT of time up there.... its a class institution. As mentioned before they are they only AAU school in Florida. they graduate 90%+ of their undergrads within 5 years. (usf hasnt broken the 70% mark IIRC). No shame whatsoever losing a recruit to UF.

    Its silly to think the future of this program is based on VH3's decision. IMHO he ends up at UF with his Sis. Better school academics wise... better school FB wise... still close enough for dad to come see him. No shame losing to any of those teams for a top 5 recruit in the country.... no shame at all. If you are a father... and someone offers your kid a full scholly to any of those academic institutions over USF.... how do you say no??? (other then perhaps Miami)

    I think Woulard is a great young raw prospect... since we are signing two this year. I'd love to see them go get a HS QB that is successful throwing up gaudy numbers but not ideal on size or maybe has a funky delivery...

    Prom queen didnt wanna go out with me in HS... didnt stop me from marrying her 5 years later... There's a difference between 5 years and 1 day, which is what this situation is. Well i'd have gone out with her the day after prom as well... lol. he didnt know till now he didnt get in... so obviously hes looking elsewhere. lets not thumb our noses at a good prospect because he picked the gators first...
