They should just put the football game on the big boards so that all 5 people in attendance can at least see something entertaining.

What is that guy, like 30 and still playing college football?

Offense by a mile, a team with all defense and no offense is boring as s$#%. We have been there many times and finished with a worse record because our offense couldn't consistently show up. We are gonna win 10 or 11 games with a bad defense, I'll take that anyday.

A lot of it is luck of the draw from the schedule makers. Temple has the easiest possible conference schedule. Our defense doesn't deserve a conference championship though.

What's the over/under set at for wins for this bunch? 5?

I think some people are obsessing a little too much about the final score. Our defense is pretty bad, but that game was over after one quarter last night.

Temple's RB Thomas is no slouch. He is rock solid. Their strength (running the ball) is our weakness (stopping the run). Sanchez and Harris need to step up BIG for this one. Both have been shaky at times this year and that has me worried.
We shall see.
Go Bulls!
If we dont play well offensively we score 35, if we play well offensively it's 50+...I don't know if Temple can keep up.

Mack needs to take better care of the ball, but Flowers should be option number one around the goal line, not Mack or DJ or anyone else.

JV football is a long way from D1

Dances with Wolves and Field of Dreams are his best efforts. Imo

On the Cincy telecast, they said there is a possibility that he might make it back for a bowl game. They also mentioned the possibility of a medical redshirt, but I'm not sure if he's eligible.
If we play 14 games this season I'm pretty sure he can get a medical RS...win the division and Tice plays next season. 4 out of 14 games is less than 30%

Our defense is pretty inferior.
The defense needs to play a lot better than last week no doubt, but they will be far less challenged in any of the eight games left on the schedule. There are no more big, physical Olines that wanna play downhill left to play either. UCONN might want to, but they aren't very good. We play a bunch of spread teams and Navy running the option. Unless we lay an egg offensively in a game, we should be fine. At Cincy and at Memphis look like the most difficult games left but we still are very capable of easily beating both even if we don't play our best.

I like your sentiment, but I'd love to be shocked by Auggie going pro. He lacks the size and wheels of more successful LB'ers at the pro level--I don't see it happening.
Auggie is intelligent and makes lots of tackles, which is great, but I would prefer a MLB that always plays downhill and knocks opponents backwards. Auggie is constantly on his heals and gets knocked back a yard or two on a very regular basis when making tackles.

We scored 45 points and had 540 total yards last year against them. Their so-called defense just gave up about 900 yards. Plus our speed plays faster on the turf up there. Even the most pessimistic Bulls fan has to think we are gonna score a ton of points next week.

Pretty ridiculous that our game against Towson gets televised but the ACC only gives their team an Internet feed.

If he passes the protocol he'll play, if he doesn't he wont...pretty cut and dry

I hope you are right, Ive bought into the hype too many times with USF. Not going to allow myself to get let down again. I hope I am wrong. I see big issues with the line and I am not convinced that QF solves our QB issues.
After what QF did last year I would love to see what kind of QB play we would need for you to think we dont have QB issues. If he throws for 3K and runs for 1K is that good enough?

A name you guys should keep an eye out for is Eric Mayes. He's an ESPN 4 star who has had some type of issue for the past two years that has kept him off the field though he's been practicing with the team. He came in at 6'4 240 and is now 6'4 284 and he's not a wide body. He's a big strong guy who is super fast. He'll be playing DT and likely see a little DE just because of his speed and athleticism. I've heard he has had a great offseason since spring and is poised to have a possible breakout season. His number is 55 I think... he changed it. But remember who said it first...
Mayes is now an OT...

Another article by a tool.

South Florida: Another large school in Florida that isn’t, won’t be, and can’t be Florida or Florida State. If Willie Taggart has them going, he would probably be coaching at a bigger school by the time the deal goes through.
We don't really bring anything to the table, so why should people say we are great?

So let me get this straight...CFN has us losing to Temple but UCF beating them? That makes tons of sense. Our schedule is very favorable weather wise too...@Temple and @Cincy before Halloween. They still have us winning our division at 6-2, I guess that is possible. but no way we lose to Cincy, Temple and Cuse. If we don't win a road game until Nov. 12th, Willie is doing something wrong.

We will have the talent advantage in 11 of 12 games and most of those by a significant amount. Barring significant injuries, anything worse than 9-3 would be surprising.

I don't know if Cherry is better than Sanchez but I can see why he thinks he is. He watches Auggie play like crap most of the time too. I've never seen a MLB be taken for more rides down field than Sanchez.
