    Sorry if I made it sound like I was putting all blame on the athletics department, I believe a large part of it is the students fault no doubt about that. Also had I seen the second email before I had made the post I probably would not have made it. I was just hoping for a larger emphasis on how important the game was and that email is the best thing they could have done. Now I'm just hoping that the fact that classes haven't started isn't going to hurt as much as I think it will...

    This is great but only one email to students isn't enough for me. The diehards will go but I doubt that any student who doesn't follow basketball know this is a big game, and it's a shame.

    As a student all I've gotten is the reminder to request tickets, unfortunately I haven't made it to any of the games over break and I am definitely regretting it. Making sure I am there when the doors open to get my seats from the earlier games this season, that being said hoping beyond hope that more students are thinking the same way.
