it's not unprecedented, Dabo. USC just had their roster opened up and their players could transfer without sitting out a year. that was just 2 years ago. Isn't it unprecedented that ALL underclassmen are eligible to transfer out? I don't think freshmen and sophomores could at USC. I didn't see where he said underclassmen. BTW their last 2 classes were ranked 51st and 35th according to rivals. sure they may have some guys poached but lets not act like a roster full of 5 stars is available. I'm done bothering with this guy after this ... The whole situation is unprecedented. He didn't have to say underclassmen. Am I wrong that most people understand that what's going on is for the most part unprecedented? Really? some people just like to argue

if you're far down on the depth chart at PSU, why not look at a lesser program to get playing time

I never heard the term "moral victory" either so he wasn't entirely diligent in his research ... do they actually say "moral victory", because he did mention ucf hanging in there w/ texas until texas hung 30+ on them, which I would think is a moral victory

players are already decommitting this scandal happened before last signing period. sure they lost some recruits when joe paterno was fired. that was obviously going to happen. that happens anytime a coach, especially a legend, is replaced. rivals has them currently ranked #16. (I'm not a big believer in recruiting rankings but it gives us an idea). their facilities will still be some of the best in the country. their amenities will also be some of the best.they play in front of 110k fans. USC got a 2 year bowl ban and lost scholarships. they are still a top 5 team. BTW I said transfer. nothing about recruits. They might have a couple who choose to transfer because of this but I don't think it will cripple them. I was referring more to "This won't cripple them" they had a 4* decommit this morning.....I believe their 4* qb commit said yesterday that playing in a bowl is important to him.....wouldn't be surprised if he decommitted too.

lol well hopefully he put the interests of his son over his own. I just hope he doesnt end up at UF or Miami. The other 3 are fine. Would hate to see him to go an in-state school. doesn't his sister go to UF....wouldn't surprise me at all.
