    In the day CJL was great for the school and built a great program. But hiring him back is like dating your hot crazy ex-girlfriend. It seems like a great idea but you will only live to regret it.

    Are you saying you like Larry??? Because he would be an amazing fit, and do great things at USF.

    Larry Scott, why not??? He does have some head coaching... Interim at Miami (who almost hired him). If we don't move on him now, he will be a head coach in the next few years and work his way up from there. He has great recruiting skills and knows the game. He is a amazing leader and knows everyone in Tampa.

    Does anyone actually remember the past few seasons??? It would have taken us 6 - 7 games to finally get out of a 2 loss funk and win a game. Dropped passes, prevent defense (understandable but frustrating), pick six aside, the fact we actually came out and weren't lingering on a loss is HUGE for our program! In the past few seasons, that Pick Six would have turned the game around and we would have lost. This is a VERY different team that wants to win. Yes, we still have some things we could work on, but lets put it in perspective.

    on a side note, saw Kevin Patrick and another coach... but couldnt tell who it was. No suprise really... I expected to see someone there.

    Watching Grady right now, and he is as good as they say. Although his passes are lacking a bit of touch. He has a real cannon for 5-15 yard passes. Also, his grades are not inflated, he is a really bright kid and never gets into trouble.
