Excited about this young man!
This. Get frustrated about his consistency sometimes and then remember he is a rFr

That thought crossed my mind as well. Maybe the different styles?
Kind of been wondering the same.. offense I get, but it seems a lot of the defensive players from taggart are getting pushed aside.

Far from "everyone" thought the SoFlo unis sucked ... But carry on with your hyperbole.
99.9999999%.. prob safe to round up.

Looking at the schedule... yep, that won’t do it. Short of all hell breaking loose, they don’t (or us if we run the table) deserve to be in the top 4.
-
Qb is ******* 4/18 and we are losing.

I was excited about Bell not being on the injury report, but then I saw this.. no clue who is right/wrong.
-
Sure looks like the TBT isn’t sending anybody to the game tonight... Oy

Can you confirm where you read this? Did not see it on Twitter of their website

It’s imperative that he stay healthy, however, with freshman Johnny Ford and Trevon Sands being the only other reliable options in the backfield right now. Elijah Mack and Duran Bell are still out with injury.

Was just talking to a buddy about this.. Cronk has been a beast the last few weeks, but Bell looked like the better (more dangerous?) back the first couple games of the year. I want him to play.

TDS just reported Bell is out.

Are they starting Seth Boomer at QB. Is that going to be a help to us?
More talented, but raw and has less knowledge of the playbook.

Computers don’t have eyes which makes them impartial and usually way more correct than people. The eye test is just an oppressive term created by those with power in the college football world in order to make sure the haves stay haves and the have nots stay where they belong. There is a reason there is no set objective criteria for the playoffs and it’s so they can say buzz words like eye test which really just means you aren’t blue blooded enough to make it. Any time someone tries to sell you on nuances it means they are full of **** and just doing what they want to benefit them.
Yep, and the one of the computers had ucf #1 last year. Same computer has us at what, 15 or something? The computers are not more correct than a block of human voters...

Which undefeated team is worse?
Gosh, right? I mean, maybe Cinci?

Big to get Bell back.

I mean, there is more to it than being creative. That HB Dive is supposed to go for 4 yards. Now, you are comfortable w a run or pass. If that hb dive goes for 1, you are in a passing down and B.B. is getting hammered w a blitz. So much of the offense is built on the little things being successful, especially “winning on first down”.
To answer the original query, no, we shouldn’t open up the playbook vs umass.

Creative or not, I hope they figure out how to build Barnett's confidence back up. He looked a bit lost against ECU. I also haven't seen him keeping his eyes down field when under pressure. He's still a young starter, but, needs to get some good results in this one I think to take some pressure off of himself and get back into a rhythm.
This. Creativity may not be the right word, but I think B.B. comes out throwing.

Little bit of a shot in the dark, but I’m taking ECU and the points vs Temple.

Gosh, I watched most of that uf and MSU game and nothing about it made me say, yup... these teams are good! Rough game to watch..

If you've got Spectrum's sport package you should have NESN (1162), which the game is supposed to be on even though it hadn't shown up last time I checked ...

I remember some pretty gross performances against stony brook and Tulsa last year. Matchups are everything in college football- ECU has a good d line (and a beast at DT). It isn’t the worse thing that the coaches got a chance to watch an amazing DT abuse our o-line, but that rematch w Oliver is looming.

If I were a gambling man, I’d bet that those who are most outspoken in here about building an OCS donate very little to USF Athletics.
Did you get a good look at the individual who peed on your Cheerios? My goodness.....

The average USF alum donates didly squat to Athletics.
Totally agreed; and it’s in large part bc the average alum graduates and NEVER comes back.

No, I think they are saying shoddy OOC schedules won’t get you in, which is true (and fair). Neither of our schedules this year are impressive. We run the table next year, there is a discussion to be had.
