USF Bulls Football

Very impressive from an engineering aspect. Just don’t want it at the game.. from a football-atmosphere perspective, it’s cheesy. Put a real bull on the field or just keep Rocky out there.

Not convinced the depth chart is the ‘real’ depth chart, honestly 

Looking at the weights has me scared AF about Tech.

I think Cronkite is going to be a better RB then DJ, honestly. DJ had next level hands, but strictly as a RB, he was a little above average. 

I buy club access on stub hub all the time. I believe section 110/111 are club access.

They’re starting to pop up, I guess.. just saw one across the street from the Children’s Museum in St Pete.

Lmao.. Joey is far from my favorite, but he’s doing his job (ie what his boss tells him).

Lovie has one, maybe two left and I’d be shocked if Herm makes it past 3 years. 

How about nfl coaches who were ultimately fired for poor performance and then hired by mid-tier colleges as a reach/panic hire. He’s a poor mans Lovie Smith for all the above reasons mentioned. I think Herm Edwards will make Lovie look successful when it’s all said and done.

Yeah, if I recall, most USF fans were pissed when 95% of the ballots had us ranked and Baker did not have us ranked. Good to see he is already in mid-season form. 

Really sad to see this (sat behind Jim in 125 for a number of years). Don’t care to read 40 pages of drivel, but part of me gets it.. everybody has improved/stayed the same except UCONN, Cinci, and us. That said, ****, if this QB competition doesn’t have you amped up for this year, I don’t know what say. Come back, Jim!

We beat up on some really bad offenses last year to pad our stats on D. Any offense with a pulse gave us trouble. Our ‘numbers’ may not be as good this year, but I think our D may actually be better.

Honestly, got a bad feeling about this game...

It isn't like the guys that signed just met with their recruiters/head coaches that week.  Unless it is a playoff game, recruiting matters much more than a bowl game.  As others have stated, this is a win for USF and the G5 schools.  Former USF coaches have hoped for an early signing period. Defense was vastly improved this year, however... Id love to see the average offensive ranking of the teams we played this year. 75 maybe? Get rid of the ucf and it drops to what, 90? Total improvement, but not blown away by any means.

I for one am a huge fan of the early signing period.. I think there are probably at least 3 recruits who may not have lasted until Feb. I’ve seen Landry sports and 24-7 note that it’s a failure. Maybe only to the bigger schools who come in at the end and won’t get than luxury. Curious on everybodies thoughts 

Would love to be wrong, but scouts are looking at the measurables (to include speed). Tough to change positions and succeed in the nfl without MEASURABLES that blow people away. You can dislike it all you want, but to pretend Q is going to change to a new position and stick is close to ignorant when a real good rb like Hall or a real good wr like Adams have been unable to stick. And in regards to height, Q isn’t 6’ tall.

Come on... he’s an awesome college qb. Best case scenario is BJ Daniels. Love Q, but he doesn’t belong in the same sentence as Fitz.
