That's not how the Homestead Exemption works...it is designed to keep your go-forward taxes from increasing too much. When you buy a new house, your initial taxes are set based on the then current millage rate.
I thought that was Save Our Homes that limited tax increases going forward as long as we stayed put.

If its anything like last season they will definitely be enforcing masks. With the heat & masks there is no way my family will last very long. I don't think wearing a mask in near 90 degree heat with 60% humidity is entirely safe tbh. Especially for children and elderly.
I didn’t attend any games last season for the first time since year one of the program after hearing reports they were strongly enforcing the mask rule if you weren’t actively sipping from your drink. I went yesterday since I figured I’d be more willing to leave a game like that if it got too uncomfortable.
I still struggle with how restaurants can sit people six feet apart inside and outside a building and allow them to remove their masks for the entire hour or so, but not an outdoor stadium. Regardless, I’m a rule-follower when I’m a guest on your property, so I wore my mask the whole time.
My buddy said, “I wonder if the next time we come here, we wont have to wear masks.” I don’t know about him, but I assured him that when I come back that will be the case.

The flow of the offense really bogs down with Collins on the court.
I second that.

My therapist tells me I can’t put this season behind me until I pay my debt.

So are we to get in touch with John Lewis to pay up?

Very sad. Thanks for letting us know.

Losers find a way to lose
Yep - penalties is one way.

Only if they feel they’d get enough people parking to staff an attendant or two. So yeah - be careful what you assume!

I might be heading to the locker room myself.

Medical is, but it’s a steep entry fee.
The person who had it was visiting from Denver. I should have known not to trust an e-pen.
Not sure what the fee is, but I understand it’s about as easy as it’s become to get a doctor to sign off on your pup as an emotional support animal.

So the article says due to coronavirus they couldn't hit revenue targets. Isn't there a giant step missing in the middle of those two things?
Don't just couch everything to coronavirus yada yada landscape the way it is. Being specific about why people are losing jobs on a large scale would really help. There are other options than just accepting things the way we are told by corporate media entities.
I’m thinking because it’s an article in the Sports section about how our athletic department is responding to the loss of revenue.

Have we attempted a pass more than 8 yards downfield yet this year?
Yeah - a couple. It’s just that they hit ground after only 8 yards.

Could we be hiding our starting quarterback?

Okay, considering the state of my memory this may be completely off base, but wasn't there some controversy about this that came up at one point?

I read the book. Wasn't pleasant but very interesting to learn how the human animal reacts in that type of situation.
I think I remember he got a lot of heat for writing it from the families of those that didn't survive. Of course there was already some suspicion from those families as to why he was the only one that was able to survive. Someone who's read it recently will have to remind me, but I think it had to do with why he was found sitting on top of the boat with a life jacket on when the others (obviously without life jackets) went down.
I felt bad for him - I'm sure the survivor's guilt was already pretty heavy, without any extra accusations. I wonder if those families are part of this movie now.
