Something I never thought about... til yesterday. If you buy a generator fire it up and make darn sure it works. In-laws bought one a few years ago and stuck in the shed for emergencies. Took it out, put oil in, put gas in, second pull and the ever reliable Brigs&Stratton fired right up. Plugged a cord into a 120v outlet and only got a dim light. Instead of the 120v it's only putting out 63v. Not enough to run anything.
I just have the little Honda Inverter Generator that I bring to tailgate. It’ll run some fans, a tv, and the fridge. I test it in June every year before football season so it’s ready for that and hurricanes.
This year it ran rough and stalled. After a couple YouTube videos I cleaned my first carburetor!

Lived in St. Pete for 35 years and have evacuated twice: Charley and Irma. Both times we went to our friend’s house in Lakeland. Both times it missed St. Pete and went through Lakeland where we lost power. This time we did absolutely every last thing to evacuate other than pack the car with suitcases and stuff we staged in the garage. Once we saw the first shift to the south, and another, and then the third, we called it off. Again, the house in Lakeland just got power back last night, and it never flickered here in St. Pete.
But I’ll never get complacent. These things can wreak havoc, and did I mention my elevation is only 7 feet?

Sure seems like Bohannon had more time last week.

That is one cocky QB looking back at the defense as he runs into the end zone.

Should be a good game now that the Cards have got the point spread out of the way.

Bulls down 24 - 10 in the swamp didn't phase our BULLS. We stormed back and made it a tough game.
Let's take the next step!
Go BULLS !!!

I hate that there a couple kids hanging their heads pretty low after that ending, but man - almost every other key player has to be feeling A LOT more confident about what they can do.

Kudos to the fans that went. They were well heard during the broadcast!

Don’t you need to open a fortune cookie to get the message out?
And that’s the miracle!

dont dance in the locker room
if we win against a FCS team.
Fixed it for you. But any other win this season is reason to dance.

Good event again. I went last year and this year, and I’ll tell you what - those kids come to the table smiling, reaching out first to shake your hand, and are very engaging. I don’t know if they just happen to be that way or if Coach preps them very hard before hand, but frankly I don’t really care. The fact is that they present themselves as fine gentlemen.

I don't see any USF logos/theming in those renderings. Hope that's just artists not understanding the relationship. This could turn out to be a great addition to pre- and post-game (all sports) options if they do it right. Also, hope they pony up a few million for the stadium in some fashion.
GO BULLS!
Probably because it's not on campus. I just hope the money spent building and operating these additions to their brewery doesn't make them cancel their naming rights to the BB stadium. These aren't good times to lure another sponsor...

That’s awesome. I heard people talking about this coming out of Batman!

Same thing happened to me during the Big East days when they expanded the student section. I was in the north end zone right next to the students and got the boot. Now I look at where my seats used to be and I see a bunch of students dressed up as empty red seats.
Yeah but did the news get delivered by the head coach that time?
i can almost picture it like this:
CJS: So here’s a little somethin’ we did at Clemson….
Administration: Well you can be the one the one to tell ‘em.

I seem to recall Nancy Sinatra was playing...not sure of the game.
I’m pretty sure it was the 2007 WVU game, which at this point seems closer to the debut of Nancy’s song than today.

Trivia Question - in what game were the boots first worn?
(I’m pretty sure I know this one)

I'm sure glad I work for a company that looks at other things than just results when it comes to raises and promotions, or in this case the ability to stay on for another year or two.
Not saying they aren't a big part of the equation, but at least they look at other factors and assess whether or not I had total control over all the things that may have led to a poor year.
Even those of you using his record as your only justification to fire him have to believe there are other things to consider as well. If not, you're not reading all of the replies, because some good points to consider are being made.

I really don't get the reasoning behind it now. It appears to be more an evaluation of RayJay than anything and this is a weird time for doing that
I was thinking along the same lines. I'm wondering if things like traffic flow, tailgating, and stadium experience are being asked for the stadium site study.

Just start preparing yourself for the reality of the all-mighty dollar. I would imagine the order for choosing seats will start at the top of the giving levels and work its way down. Within those levels, your priority points will probably sort out where you pick. Just remember that it'll probably allow someone who has never been to a game to walk in and throw down enough dollars to get in a donor level higher than you and they will pick before you.
And honestly, I'm fine with that. This team needs the funds and you can't expect them to put butts in seats that you have people willing to pay more for.
Your priority points show your loyalty, and you will get some credit for that, so continue buying tickets and using them.

Seem to be bringing much of their team back next season, most likely coming to Tamplona as a Top 25 team!
Hoping for a national TV audience and a good crowd of BULLS!!
Go BULLS !!!
I just don't see a good opening crowd until at least after a year that we've won a good bowl game. Our area will need to see more than the promise of a good recruiting/transfer class to show up for an opening game.

I noticed the UCF player listed as coming. This can't be the first time this has happened in either direction is it? I've got to believe there have maybe been some lesser-known individuals that have done this in our 25 years, but this is the first time I remember seeing it.
Also, does the transfer portal remove all of the transfer restrictions that used to be in place by some schools (like not going to an in-conference rival)?

So we shouldn’t be surprised because we were heavy underdogs in those games. But Coach, why are we still heavy underdogs?!
