I liked Moises' earlier post; is there something wrong with having the reps in the USF ticket office mention to the buyers "green is the preferred shirt color for this game" not as a request, but as an FYI?

I have just recently started posting, but I have been lurking on this board since before last season. I mention this just to establish at least a little precedence before I comment on the thread. Although I am not trying to justify the frequency of his critiquing posts, I can see where Smazza is coming from. Given the amount of time and effort he has put into posting on this board, it is clear that he genuinely wants USF to succeed and is expressing frustration over what appears to him to be shortcomings of the program, regardless of whether USF won the last game or not. This appears to me to be his personality. He is likely even more critical of himself in his everyday life, and there is nothing wrong with that, often a facet of a type A personality. Other members of the board should find it endearing if nothing else, like the parent, coach, or mentor that is always critical because they see the potential for the achievements that have yet to be reached.

Just because our missing RBs might not be 1st string in a bigger program doesn't mean anything. Their absence can mean a lot. Let's put RBs into grades low, mdm, and high for example. Most top programs have at least one, if not two, highs and several mdms. A less developed program like USF has one high if they are lucky (Hall), more often one or two meds, and several lows. If such a program is unlucky enough to lose their meds, they are stuck with lows, no offense to our players, to go along with whatever other grades they have at their other positions. USF is lucky enough to have a high-grade QB right now that is playing with low-grade RBs. If you increase the grade of the RBs, even slightly, it could make a big difference in the ultimate outcome of the overall effort. Just my two cents anyway.........

The bucs make me sick right now....I imagine some may be relieved that Simms will be out for the season. On a positive note, maybe more Tampa natives will start coming to BULLS games.

I'm bringing 10 people. It will be their first of many for eight of them! I have started acting as the game coordinator at work and getting together all of those people who always say "I would like to go to a Bulls game sometime," but never end up going. I'm already booking people for Syracuse and Pitt.
