It's amazing how far Houston has fallen. They are now projected to play in the Miami Beach Bowl vs. Akron!

I can't anymore. This is so ridiculous. Missed tackle after missed tackle. 

We're complaining a lot, but this must be brutal for Temple fans. Their defense is even worse than ours. 

And the a first down on that ridiculous play. Is it me, or does our defense look tiny and weak?

These penalties are ridiculous. 

I've never seen a worse tackling team. It's really getting old.

We'd be foolish to commit to an OCS while mired in a G5 conference, and with football's popularity declining and longevity in doubt.

No expansion is obviously the second best scenario for USF, but what really sucks is that we're going to lose Taggart one of these years due to lack of funds. We needed that Big12 money for a shot at keeping him.

The rest of the way we have UConn (#105), Temple (#94), Navy (#84), Memphis (#42), SMU (#67) and UCF (#61). Not that we won't give up yards and points to some of these teams. Some fo these teams are ranked low for total offense because they do not run as many plays due to tempo.

Good post. I didn't realize how good some of the offenses were that we've played.

Disgusting. Administration should work with the conference to schedule games at 3:30 or later before late October. It'll be high 80s for that game.

Do not add G5 schools, poach from ACC  (Miami, GT, Pittsburgh, VT, Louisville) 

 

Doesn't make sense. ACC is a much healthier conference. P5 schools aren't leaving their conferences to go to the Big12.

I'm completely okay with this. I certainly want them to join the Big12, but the best odds for USF is no expansion. The AAC is gaining respectability by the day, and will be making a strong case as the P6 conference within a year or two.
