  1. Why would the Citrus Bowl throw out UCF since they are it's only fulltime tenant for football?
  2. No! However unlike USFMikeB, I was at actually at the RayJay and in TSA parking lot 6 for the UCF game. Mike likes to tell us how it was despite the fact that he wasn't anywhere near the RJ that Saturday.
  3. Americus Vespucius (Amerigo Vespucci)
  4. Careful there Joe, tread lightly or you'll be labeled a UCF'er
  5. I think naming both the two legged and four legged mascots Rocky is confusing and shows a lack of creativity on the part of the Athletic Department. Univ of Colorado calls it's buffalo Ralphie and it's buffalo character Chip. How about Thunda, Thunder, Toro, Crusher, BigE, or Rodney?
  6. Sweet?? Is there something you know about Rocky II that you aren't telling us about.
  7. Where was it that you witnessed people throwing trash cans? I was there (reserved lot) and I didn't see anyone throwing trash cans around the lot....the truth is there weren't enough cans to hold all the trash created by UCF fans...TSA wasn't used to having so many people show up and tailgate for a Bulls' game.
  8. Perhaps I see more things wrong at Bulls games than you and many others on this board do, because unlike you I'm sober when I'm there.
  9. See C4, he may be able to point you in the right direction.
  10. So you really think hoards of people will suddenly become interested in season tickets (football) because there will be a live bull in the stadium?
  11. If you boycott all the stores that don't sell gift cards with USF on then...you will go naked, hungry and your house will be in disrepair.
  12. FLASH! Negotiatons between USF and the Glazers concluded with the Glazers and the TSA agreeing to permit the Bulls to have a live mascot on the field at Raymond James Stadium. The agreement however didn't come without a bit of compromise on the part of USF. Meet Rocky III.
  13. Kudos to the real student athletes. USF Student-Athletes Earn BIG EAST Academic All-Star Accolades Courtesy: USF Release: 07/06/2006 University of South Florida student-athletes enjoyed success in competition and in the classroom in 2005-06, the program's first in the BIG EAST Conference. USF's academic accomplishments were illustrated most recently with the announcement of the 2005-06 BIG EAST Academic All-Stars, released by the conference office this week. The Bulls were represented by 138 student-athletes on the list, which totaled nearly 2,300 honorees among the 16 league programs. Athletes are eligible with a minimum 3.0 grade-point-average for the academic year (both fall and spring semesters). Honorees must have earned a varsity letter in a BIG EAST sponsored sport. 15. Will be seeing the same weakness at OC and QB Coach. "Just don't have enough time to coach".
  16. Have you been smoking with Hill and his buds or is it the secondhand smoke? I have never claimed to have donated oodles of money, been an ardent fan with his nose up the AD and coaching staff's butts or being an insider at ATH100. Am I a Bulls fan? Yes. Do I support USF and USF Athletics? Yes How much have I donated to USF? Nunya bidness. Am I an "insider" ? No and I have no desire to be one.
  17. I wasn't asking what the code says...that's in black and white...I want to know how strictly and to what degree do they enforce it in situations similar to Hill's when the student isn't a schollie athlete and do they cut athletes any slack.
  18. How many of the mothers who gave birth to those 100 (approx) children fathered by the USF football squad were married to the guys who did the deed?
  19. So how does USF normally deal with students arrested for smoking pot in a university residence or other facilities?
