After going 8-3. He'd love working for VPMK.

He is reminding me of Warrick Dunn.
Would love to see him more involved in the passing game like WD was.

In high school, we were required to shoot 100 at the end of each practice.
We did something like that as well. I wouldn't let myself leave until I made 20 in a row or something like that - if CBG went there with this bunch they'd need to move all of their belongings into the Yuengling Center.

How did Bryant miss a dunk with 5 seconds left?
These transfers are no good at all (Bryant, Harris and Melton)!
How does USF lost to Stetson? Unbelievable how bad we suck again!
In his defense, that was a tough rebound dunk attempt

53.8% from the FT line ......
I just checked the box scores from the first two games - this was our best effort of the 3 from the free throw line. Pathetic. At this point, I'd devote 1 practice per week to shooting free throws. Can't go back to the dorm until you make 10 in a row.

Shooting below 50% from the stripe again.
66-62 with 2:01 left
I will never understand how players at this level can't hit a decent % of free throws. It's inexcusable.

Battie not fighting for that first down and running out of bounds killed us

If you are asking who I would hire, I think it is pretty clear. It would be Leavitt, and it would be much like others that have thought it through realize in terms of how that could play out over the next 3-5 years and how much it could benefit this struggling program. There is too much positive, energy, excitement to even consider a blase Tom Herman or some other unconnected dude. If nothing else, we've proven hiring coaches is a crapshoot (at least for us). Why roll the dice? Go with what you know. They'll be detractors, as there are in anything, but no one can rev up this region, this state like Leavitt could. It's too simple.
My thoughts exactly. I don't think it will happen as it's not politically the "safest" choice, though as you've argued above, it would probably be the safest choice from the standpoint of a known commodity, one that you know will give 110% and has a true, vested interest in seeing the program rebuilt and set up for success in the future.

Excellent idea, one of my fondest memories of grammar school is rushing to get to one end of the trough during recess and trying to clear the entire urinal with my stream. Used to chug a bunch of water in preparation, for this challenge, I was a serious student even in my younger years.
Easily the most efficient way to move men in and out of a crowded bathroom. I think maybe I throw in a bonus condition of my donation - we can add pics of the helmets of the current season football schedule onto the back wall of the trough, give us something to aim for. Or maybe just UCF logos?

hey have the trough urinals which makes me nostalgic, enjoy!
If/when I win Powerball, my one condition on the huge donation toward the OCS will be that troughs are included

The more clips I see of Willie Simmons, the more I like him. He's certainly got the fire / passion box checked that so many were frustrated with CJS about (at least his showing of it outwardly).

Darek Sharp just mentioned the number of "Owls" that we will be hosting at RJS next year. This has to be some kind of weird record?

When Blobner first brought it up, I thought he was kidding. It became apparent after he talked about it for the next 15 minutes, and then brought it back up later on, that he definitely wasn't kidding. JP bringing it up separately makes me think that this may be a thing.

Gruden as HC, with Leavitt as DC. Can you imagine the faces being made on the sidelines?

Zac Blobner on 620 just said his sources saying it’s Gruden’s job if he wants it.

Actually, it was a few of the members here that put it on...we did the first one in Charlotte, but the El Paso was crazy great! I think we had Judy and Dougie stop in. Had gifts, food, it was awesome.
I hate to name names and leave someoen out, but I remember @BullyPulpit was one of the leads, but there were more.
That's right. That was a great event. That one and the German restaurant Bullspen gathering for Auburn were tops for me!

Same. My brother in law busted up a fight that landed in his lap. Put them both in headlocks, releasing one early. He was on steroids himself and able to play peacemaker. What a crappy place that was.
But even with all that entertianment, I'm saddened that hightechbowl traveled all that way and didn't get a meaningless bowl win.
Despite the game's outcome, we actually had a lot of fun on that trip. The locals that weren't smashed and fighting were super nice and grateful that we were there spending $$$. Thankfully, despite our taxi driver's urging, we didn't end up in Juarez on NYE or we might have had a different outlook on the trip. If I recall correctly, didn't you put on a Bullspen gathering prior to that game?

Woah, don't recall hearing anything about surgery. Guess it wasn't just "precautionary". Hope he makes a full recovery, first and foremost. Would be great to see him back on the field too.
