    Education, He wants to teach High School and coach after his football career is over, what ever that may be, in 4 years or many more, I am hoping for the many more LOL but we will see. And as I said he is picking up the O very fast, and yes, it is very close to what we run at LG so that helps! and he has passed over 1700 passes in his high school career with aprox. a 66% completion rate. Rushed for over 4000 yards also.

    True time is 4.59 he is 6-1 and is now gained a little he is at aprox. 205 and what he has seen so far he feels great about the upcomming year and is ready to compete for the job!! Yes Bien I will be playing that lower key role for sure  and I know the highs and lows remmember I am also a coach and well when Matt had a bad game I heard it all and well who cares, he will be back next game even better!!! but any ? you all have at any time ask away!! I will try to keep you informed as much as I can !! Cult icon LOL I dont know about all that !!

    Oh yea he is on a workout plan already has been for awile and also alot of conditioning...cant wait boys it is just around the corner

    Yes he is renting a place very very close and will be here all summer to get up to speed!! And will have nothing else to do all summer but learn! But of course, has all in hand and has been "watching" spring practice and has most of the plays down and it funny a couple of times a reciever missed a pass and this QB was standing there and the ball rolled right at his feet so he threw it back. Funny that happend a few times. This QB also spending a few hours a week with coaches going over the O. Of course they dont ask him to do this he does it on his own!!  As I have said just wants to compete!!! should be a fun year.  And one will pull forward come fall!!!! and his name aint Leak!

    I love it ...Lake Gibson the new pipe line coach all of them and all great kids!! Harris and Duvault are unbelievable!!!

    Harris is a good kid and will be ok cant say that about the other.. but if Harris is offered he will come where Grothe is !! He is pretty special !!!

    There was a case in Fl. a year ago where a 18 year old did the same thing with a 16 year old and the parents of the female pressed charges and they where carried out I believe it was stachatory( mispelled) but man I hope Hill gets thru this and learns a lesson!!

    He is what 19 I know there is not many girls in HS over 18 this could get ugly...also if he is taking core classes now may not qualify. Not good for USF!

    Would it be a bad thing for me to say Grothe LOL just want to see a great battle come fall and may the best man win it is all about the team....remmember there is no I in team I dont think any of these kids sit the bench!

    Head line in the Trib! Two Freshman lead Bulls to victory!!! Grothe throws winning TD with 2 sec. left to Hill to upset the Canes!! As said by MLK " I have a dream" Right now Hill is in all the papers and on tv but it all happens on the field.. thats when we will see!! 1A vs 4A to NCAA level HMMMM!!!

    Ok let me clear a few things up no its not a wedding band just a ring. I am the head coach of JV at LGHS and also coach on Varsity. and thanks for all the support from all of you .......and YES we paid for it all every last piece. FEAR THE BULL yea arent those cool. At the book store I told Matt all the hoopla is over now its time to get er done!!!!!

    Now how did you know Grothe was going to go to UM for a last minute visit??? nobody should know that!!! crap the cat is out of the bag!! Common  UCF guy you come on here and start rumors about Grothe  saying he is going to UM  now why would you try to do that  most people know who I am and it is totally untrue Matt is a BULL!!!!!  Did get a call today at the school from UM asking how solid his commitment was!

    And where do you get this info cattle man??? heck if thats the case I think he will just take his trip to UCONN to play QB.. cause he can play safty anywhere...so tell me why they want him so bad ??? to sit the bench?? about game 4-5 you let me know why he is there??? cause by then you will know  LOL
