    The problem with your logic, or lack thereof, is that you are comparing the overalll cost of a stadium to SOME of the income lost in one game attended by less than 50K people. I just realized something. Someone one could build us the the most modern, stacked with ammenities stadium for free, and you would ***** because it was on campus.

    Fine, prove me wrong with facts. :P :-[it was over a year ago, so I could have my figures wrong (as you have so adeptly proven). My point being we could start to raise money now, for the future construction of a stadium. Is there a time limit on how long a capital campaign can run? I just hate knowing that the Galzers make so much money from everything at the stadium. And for those of you that worry about not drinking beer at the game, hell tailgate harder before and after, I know that I would personally save at leats $20 per game if it wasn't for the beer sales. :)

    I don't think that anyone thinks that we can build one now. I think that we should start a Capital Campaign now for funding of a stadium in the future. I talked to Mike Lapan about it a year ago, he said that it would cost approximately 15K per seat. One of the reasons that I think we need one, is the fact that the Galzers made 150K from food and berverages alone for the ucf game.

    As I understand it the Galzers get a portion of EVERYTHING that happens at RJS. The TSA really sold the farm to make sure that they Bucs stayed here.

    I noticed that we currently only have 5 home games scheduled. Most of your big time programs have at least 6 home games a year. 5 homes games a year is too few, I know we play at ucf next year, but it is not a home game. Does anyone know if there is a plan to add more home games??

    Why a Blue Chip QB would NOT want to come here. We are a young team that is good. We have a stable of young receivers, Ponton may not be Hall (Few are) but he is looking **** good. Our D is very solid. I bet that Ingram wishes that he would have come here instead of gainesville.

    I would assume that there really aren't that many places that allow you to go onto the field. I know for sure that they do not allow anyone on the field at Doak Campbell stadium. Plus IMO I think that our goal should be to win so much at home, that it makes it a non event when we do beat a ranked opponent.

    My wife and I have noticed a massive improvement from last year to this year. They sound much more clear. They really do add to the atmosphere. (The HOT of course).The Scum band has sucked for years.

    I know that 970 is our local radio broadcast. Do we have any pre-game coverage?? I've tried to tune in to 970 before the games and all I get is regular programming. Is there any talk of eventually expanding the coverage??

    I am in my 2nd year of season tix. I had been comtemplating giving them up, and going back to FSU. While walking into the Louisville game, I told my Pop, if "we" pull this off, I will reconsider. Well, "we" pulled it off, and my wife(the USF grad) and I will be renewing our 4 tix for the future. I guess my point is, don't blast people for coming on board after "we" start winning on a regualr basis. Oh, and one more thing Muck Fiami.

    If the usual crowd shows up for um, then it may very well feel like a home game for us. You guys do NOT support your team. No matter who is playing in hogtown, or Tally there are at least 75 to 80K in the stands. Unless it's FSU or VT you guys do not show up. We will be bringing at least 2k rabid fans.

    I expect the BE to eventually expand and go to a Champ game. There is just too much money to be had, not to do it. I hope that we add more schools in the South to make it easier to travel to away games.

    Actually I live about 5minutes from the stadium (In Welllswood) . I am planning on going to the ucf game next year. Provided the wife wants to go.

    We have absolutely got to cover the TE. I don't know how, but um has found yet another great TE.

    Parking at the OB is pretty much non existant. When I've been there I ended up parking in someone's yard. Price is entirely up to the homeowner. The OB is old, but it is a GREAT place to watch a football game, and that is coming from someone who's an FSU fan. Most UM fans that actually go to the game are pretty cool.
