I was right on the half court line (the tall one) and I can tell you that the students that were there behind us all the way up eventually got into the game....We are trying to come up with some new chants and picking one player in particular to rip on every time he touches the ball ("Haircut" for Squeaky Johnson) and stuff like that to make it fun for us....I am very very pleased knowing how hard this team plays and this team is very close to being very good

I like Diarra and Big B getting minutes....They have been playing a lot better as the season has gone on but Capko kind of scares me handling the ball against the press....As for the students, I know I have called everyone I know who would not normally go and told them to bring everyone they know....I know Im preaching to the wrong choir but we need a lot of support for this team

The crowd was incredible and I dont think Cincy will be a tough team but we do want revenge bc they knocked us out of the conference tourny last season...Lets just hope Nalini and Sharon get better soon bc we need their height inside

We tried to do something last year with Ingram when he came for the Louisville game but quickly got shot down

A very tough win tonight.....Louisville kind of turned into a hockey team and the refs let a lot go.....We will have to see how bad Nalini's hamstring is and Sharon reinjured the ankle and Parson's got thrown to the groud while going for a rebound (no foul of course)....Another big game on Sunday and the Bulls will need support to beat a tough Bearcat team

I think it affects both positions but more SG bc now James or Collin must step up and start consistently...At least with SF we have Marlyn playing 25 minutes a game.....It most definetly affects our depth....Another option is to possibly move Terrence over to the SF position and start both Saul and Brandon in the post and move Marlyn to the SG position....You never know what Coach Mac might do

The native of Garzdai, Lithuania, has played in 11 games (starting five) for the Bulls this season, averaging 6.7 points per game. Prekevicius is shooting 44 percent from the field (26-of-59) through the first two months of the 2004-05 season. He recorded a career-high 17 points on 6-of-7 shooting from the field, including 4-of-5 from behind the 3-point arch versus FIU on Dec. 20. Prekevicius tallied a career-high eight assists versus Stetson on Nov. 26. This is definetly not good news, however it now means that both Collin Dennis and James Holmes must step it up and play big minutes at the shooting guard position and stay out of foul trouble...Capko will also have to step up as the only other Bull who can play the point behind Swifty. We just need to survive these 3 to 4 weeks the best we can.

I think Diarra will make a very good post guy coming off the bench...I like the way Coach Mac gave both him and Big B qualitly minutes in the out of conference games because with as agreesive as T and Saul are we are going to need their bodies to save fouls.....I believe both will become quality bench players before year's end

Very good overall stats.....Very excited about conference play this year, because I believe we have at least 4 probably 5 guys who can pour in 15 points on any night.....The only number that scares me is rebounding because we have been outrebounded 6 times and tied 2....If we can get to the boards, it will be a great help

I do not think the defense will be worse because everyone will have another year under their belts...We played a few freshmen in the secondary that will be better and the linebackers will be better....The D-Line to me is the question mark but if they do what they need to do, this defense will keep us in most games

Even if we do not get him, it is a great step in being able to see that the number one prospect has us on his short list of schools...As we continue down the road, we will be able to get these guys away from the Texas' and Florida States' of the world

I am sticking with my 9-7 prediction in conference play which will give us a very impressive 16-11 record

I remember at the game against Pitt one of their trashy water girls asked us what bowl we are going to.....Hell I bet she is now wishing they were not at a bowl tonight.....Pitt sucks....They are getting what they deserve and who knew that Harris might be the smartest guy in the nation afterall

Like I said on another thread, 16 teams is not out of the question at all....Adding to the fact that this team can flat out shoot the basketball and will cut down on the turnovers as the season continues, but some teams in the conference are simply not playing very good basketball...Houston, Saint Louis, Memphis, Tulane, ECU and even Southern Miss are not very strong and USF should be able to win these games....I like BB2000 prediction but I think we will beat either Marquette, DePaul, or Cincinatti....

I am not even thinking about next season yet even though I do not think we will be worse because of the kids we have coming in and Melvin Buckley is a Terrence type player....But as for this season with Swift and Terrence averaging 30-40 a game, I think we can win a lot of games if Marius and James can shoot the basketball and Solomon and Brandon can get some quality points inside...Capko is going to get minutes at point to get Swift off the ball and give Swift a break and that will help down the stretch....I do not see 16 wins as unrealistic and I am keeping my prediction that this team will beat someone they are not supposed to beat which could be Marquette or DePaul
