The "official" policy at Ray Jay is that standing is not permitted for safety reasons.  If you are at your seats, you are supposed to be seated.

So does that mean whoever is trying to start the wave can get arrested for public endangerment - inciting people to stand up at their seats?

Agreed they did fine - PJ missed a few passes by throwing low again.  The interception from the 2 yard line was a low pass to a wide open receiver in the end zone.

And Peyton, well...who knows.

Army fans were great also.  First opponent to give RayJay a real college game feel.

Horrendous tackling - guys were first hit at the line of scrimmage all night long and never wrapped up.  It looked like Army uniforms were sprayed with WD40.

Who do we want to win?

Does it matter for our ranking, bowl chances, SOS, etc.?

If Louisville beats Miami and goes undefeated (I know, I know about next week), do they get a BCS slot which opens up a 6th CUSA slot for the bowls?

A couple years ago, there was talk of buying a used center-hung board from Penn State I believe.  I thought at the time it was discussed that the new roof would be able to support it.

Regardless, I think it would be fine if we had new scoreboards with video in only 2 corners (basically only 2 of the 4 sides of a center board - assume that is 1/2 the cost).  The 25 year old boards we have now are ruining my eyesight.

OK...So the Sun Dome is not owned by USF?  I did not know that but either way I thought that the NCAA rules preside over all events held on campus when it involves the university.  If all of that washes out then what private entity would be willing to purchase the on-campus land and build USF a football stadium.  Also if it could be done then how or why not are other schools not taking advantage of the ability to server beer.  They would make alot more money.

Beer sales are no longer regulated by the NCAA.  They have turned that over to the conferences to manage.  I know the SEC does not allow alcohol sales and CUSA & BE do allow them, but I am not sure of other conferences.

I really think that C-USA is going to be one big blob from 1-6 and we should be in there somewhere. I think we will be headed to New Orleans after finishing 6-5. I hope so, cuz I wanna go ...

New Orleans will probably have to pick their CUSA rep before our last game due to time constraints.  So hopefully we have 6 wins before playing Pitt.

With it being homecoming, televised and Bucs out of town, will we see the complete USF/BULLS/CUSA paint on the field?

Will we spend the supposed $5,000 to get it done?

I believe your deep throat.  According to ticketmaster, the only seats on sale now are in the South endzone, and the SW and SE corners.  They had the 5th row in the endzone and the second level in the corners.  I believe that would put this at a larger advance sale than UL.

If we are still hell bent on 6 home games for 2005, then we need to schedule 2 more.  From previous articles, posts, etc. I believe we are still talking to FAMU as the 1AA game.  I assume the other would have to be a payday without any return to a desperate 1A probably from the Sun Belt - FIU, LA-XX, etc.  I would think anybody that could do a 1 for 1 in the future is already booked for next year.

Louisville will not beat Miami. I will be at the game cheering for the Canes. Go Miami. IF LOUISVILLE BEATS MIAMI I WILL EAT MY DOGS ****.

Why the support for the canes?  The more UL wins, the better for USF (except next week) and the NBE.
