Yeah, American Masters (on at 10:00) is usually an hour show.  All the guides still say program TBA.  Check it out at 11:00.

On one thread, someone said the game would be replayed today on WUSF at 11am.  Their program guide lists TBA for 10am to 1pm.

Anyone know for sure when and where the replay will be shown?

technically it wasnt Houston's house, they played at Reliant Stadium, Home of the NFL Texans, prolly because they wanted BIG turnout.....Miami could have just came up the road and played us in our home Raymond James, we prolly would have lost but it would have been ok since Miami would have been our 1st game against a top 5 ranked team

They could have played at Houston's house - only drew 36,000.

If this keeps up, the NCAA is going to have to allow makeup games on 12/11.  UF has no more open weekends and would have to hold 12/4 open for the SEC championship.

The 5 years before the Sun Dome opened, I went to basketball games at Lakeland civic center, Bayfront center, State fairgrounds expo hall, Curtis Hixon hall and the Gym on campus.  I remember sometimes WUSF TV would show replays of the games late at night.

The CUSA championship game is listed for Brighthouse Tampa channel 802.  This is Fox Sports Pacific (go figure) on their digital sports pack.

I'm surprised they have committed to play their biggest in-conference rival the first game of the season for future years.

One of the best things about this situation is that there will be numerous replays shown during the Miami-FSU game on ABC because we are the only other game that day.  That will be great exposure especially if we win.

is this a rumor you all are starting or has it been mentioned that the game could be moved to sunday?  I have heard monday, but not sunday.

MORE TV TIME?: USF's season opener against Pittsburgh could be picked up by ESPN and moved from Sept. 4 to Sept. 6, Labor Day, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported. The game would be played in the afternoon before the FSU-Miami game. ESPN spokesman Mike Humes said the Pitt-USF game is among a large pool being considered for ESPN or ESPN2. It also could be moved to Sept. 5, and as part of the deal another USF game would be broadcast by ESPN, possibly Oct. 2 vs. Southern Miss.

It might be interesting to see what the situation is at Heinz field in terms of timing and cost, since they have a similar situation except the advantage of common team colors.

This was discussed last year and I believe since they have the same colors and name that Pittsburgh is in gold in each end zone and they simply repaint the logo in the center of the field for each game similar to our U over the white Bucs flag.

I feel a "why can't we replace the turf and paint our logos everywhere" thread about to break out!
