Your post is spot on, I would love to blame Judy, Biden or some other ass clown but the sport is ending regardless of what Judy didn’t do. To have the fans play the players each year is silly to then have them bounce for the next better gig.  I don’t blame the kids and am fine with them chasing the dollar, that is what most of us have done our entire life.  I have found that I have my best betting percentage betting for or against USF,   I will probably stick around simply because I have nothing better to do 😀, but it does make me a little bit sad anyways, but as I learned long ago all good things must come to an end, so **** it and move on.

We keep on moving on forward. Been a great ride this past season so I am expecting USF to continue to get stronger. We are now to the point that players are having success at USF which is helping their careers in a positive way. Sure beats saying good bye to players leaving after a terrible season in hoops. Looking forward to seeing how all this plays out. Go Bulls!!

I feel like we will be losing the coach too. I just don’t see him leaving CAAR. That’s that for basketball

MK will have to pull another rabbit out of the hat if CAAR is heading out. I trust MK to be able to keep the momentum going as long as USF doesn’t make him use a hiring search firm lol. The good news is that many other coaches & players saw that winning can be done at USF

That's never going to happen. College football and NFL will always be separate. I think most college fans appreciate the differences and wont let that happen.

I guess the point is that the best players will follow the NFL’s direction. So I can see the NFL basically getting their ways here. P2 will not be able to stop it imo. For example, remember when the Big Ten & PAC 12 thought they were going to control when games would start up again during the pandemic. They thought the other conferences would follow suit & basically not even play the whole season. As soon as the rest of college football started playing then eventually both big 10 & pac 12 couldn’t hold out forever lol.  That should tell us all everything we need to know  imo

With 12 teams making it I would take the wager that they make it to the playoffs as part of the Big10 or SEC within the first 5 years.

The never part is funny since never is a long long time.

What will be interesting is if & when the NFL College Football Super League takes effect in 2031. I wonder how they will determine the playoff format.

I disagree. If you are a lower ACC team, or teams like UConn, USF, Memphis,... the worst possible strategy is staying put and wait it out. If The ACC loses half its team, and you are Syracuse, Virginia Tech type team, and the Big 12 calls you you jump on the opportunity.

Think the only thing USF is waiting for is for FSU to get out of ACC.

Ironically I met John Rocker in Macon when I met my wife.  He was not a bad guy however not  good guy either.  He was high strung and full of himself, kind of like outlaw. 😀

Rocker from what I could see was one crazy SOB lol. I will never forget when he got into a verbal fight with that NY fans as he was walking back to the dugout lol. He was basically a much needed heal for MLB kind of like the WWE. He was on Survivor and made that show more interesting until those bozos voted him off over BS PC stuff.
