I totally agree, especially with #2 - As bad as PJ and Banks have been, why not try Gachette. I kept watching the game Friday after all hope was lost, to see if Gachette would play. I think he should have tried the kid out. I like the way he throws the ball.

First let me say I'm not bashing to be popular, but I heard last night from the guy sitting behind me (has a connection with a coach) that Leavitt is butting heads with the new AD.  The AD is getting involved with the football team and not kissing up to Leavitt like Leroy did in the past.  This is making Leavitt mad, and get this, threatening to leave.  If anyone can verify this, please post.

I bet Leavitt's stock (coaching somewhere else) is going down.

We are in trouble boys. One thing is clear to me. Start developing other QB's beside Banks. We know he cant handle the pressure. He may play great in practice but at game time (sucks). PJ din't play any better. Gachette Gachette Gachette

Look at all the cuts he made to hurt USF. From the Tribune "He slashed more than 30 Tampa Bay-area projects totaling more than $40 million. Meanwhile, he praised lawmakers for delivering a budget that otherwise funds the state's top priorities. That was little consolation for members of the Tampa Bay area legislative delegation, many of whom had capitalized on the group's growing clout in the Legislature to win millions for local and regional causes. ``Our share has been severely cut back,'' said Sen. Victor Crist, R-Tampa, noting several significant programs and projects were cut. Those cuts include: $12 million for construction of outpatient treatment centers connected with the University of South Florida's Alzheimer's Research Institute, $2.5 million for USF's school of music, $8.9 million for the USF biotechnology park, and $3 million for renovations to a stretch of North 22nd Street where two children were killed by a hit- and-run driver. I wonder how much he cut out of FSU and UF?

I'd go to the outback. I prefer the west coast of Florida (beaches) As far as the big east, I'm already finding myself supporting and defending Big East Teams vs other conf. Go Big East.
