    We have him this year but like everyone nowadays, all bets are off during the portal signing period. Win now because the future will always remain cloudy.

    He got it under the hoop, needed to attack and score, he waited to get fouled and go to the line, made no sense.

    I realized we were living a lie with Charlie however this team is simply getting better and figuring out they have a bullseye on their back so they need to get up for every game. It is easier to chase than being chased. This coach understands that and will get them out of the gate quicker.

    Ok, this isn’t Charlie post Q, we have a team, weak in the paint but can shoot, enjoy the ride.

    I still say Memphis was our Syracuse game, can’t have an epiphany against Rice because they are Rice. However similar games.

    Let’s hope we find out however a lot of basketball to be played.

    I am not sure he was saying that, he was simply saying that you know what a kid is made of when he steps to the line late, in this case he is what he is which is a sub 50 percent Ft shooter. He is a liability from the line late.

    It really is amazing, you never really feel out of it, that Memphis game was our Syracuse in FB. Youngblood is such a good scorer, team is fun to watch, I have watched more hoops this year than the prior 3 years combined as well.

    He is awful from the line, too much arc, terrible form but eventually one has to fall, Bulls win!

    Never in doubt, I was so frustrated I took a nap and caught the last couple minutes, I was giving us bad mojo!

    Actually since we are on memory lane was behind the bench for that UNC-C, remember that one because I bet 50 bucks on us and laid 5.5, we lost outright, not as good of a memory. Big crowd, Saturday night, and beers, still a memorable game. Need to put the students in the middle again, game changer.

    that was an afternoon game that Seth hyped up big time, we got smoked. BB did not play well

    Yep, was waiting on a girl, got there late and sat in the third level. The Louisville game was homecoming and I sat behind the basket, free beers before the game, **** Vitale signed my buddies poster, something like “ Cards players can’t spell Louisville” Gary Alexander with the win on a bank if memory serves me right. The main reason I still follow this team today, great times

    I was too, was it around Christmas of 91?

    I think we all agree, win the tourney or hope for a miracle. In 91 we lost the first round of the metro and still got an invite, was drinking beer out on the causeway “beer can beach” on Sunday afternoon before the selection show and Fred Lewis and the team were hanging out drinking as well waiting for the word, they were not optimistic, he was downright gloomy, but it happened.

    Disappointed but typical, a rat is a rat in my book, especially in this circumstance. At least the broom sweeper got plenty of face time however needed to do some crunches IMO.

    They may have booked him for throwing something on the court, I have been booted from there as a student and only remember the cop saying to me as he opened the doors and pushed me outside and said get the hell out of here and don’t come back. That was in the days the wind would blow you out due to the roof. It is amazing how quickly some kids will rat you out, no bro code in the stands.

    I personally believe it to be harmless drunken shenanigans, I find the Tom Foolery at times to be rather amusing, just kids being kids. Doesn’t matter if you have been there or not, crowds and booze encourage Ballyhoo IMO.

    He couldn’t match up on Jackson, only Stroud could and that was a stretch. He needs to bulk up, he plays hard but gets pushed around pretty easily in the paint. Coach simply does what coaches do and puts in the guys that give them the best chance that night, and unfortunately it was not Pryor.
