Again after two defensive games like this usually someone is fired. We look lost. We cant get pressure and can’t sniff receivers. Havent been in right spot consistently. We cannot compete with this defense. It’s showing up defeated before game starts. I dont know how we won the 3 games we did.

I’m not understanding how we can be this bad. It’s way to open. First few games was not like this. Enough film on us to exploit us now? People cannot be this open. on the flip side offensively we cannot be the only go to play is deep ball

Were not using alot of plays. Its either deep or a run up the middle or qb run majority of time. Game planning vs us is easy. We have to use the screens more, we have to pass to backs out of backfield, middle crossing routes. Runs other then a dive up middle. We need to figure out some other plays to take pressure off his legs but right now we haven’t done a-lot of variety. We have tight ends lining up out wide and never seeing the ball. Waste of a threat. so we need more depth but im still waiting for the full playbook to show up.

There isn’t too many layers in offense yet. We cannot continue to run up the middle and waste plays. Thats what it is. A total waste. defensively we are who we thought we were and if we cant score 40-50 we dont have a chance

This is the type of defense performance that someone would get fired for..lucky for them we aren’t there yet.
