    Yeah I'm just basing it on surrounding schools (Vandy, Tennessee, Kentucky, Louisville) so your point is probably valid. I'm also basing it on fellow CUSA fans being pleasantly surprise to find out about beer sales.

    we do have an OCS, seats just over 22,000, but is very nice with a great layout.

    The Bahamas Bowl on Christmas Eve is definitely the worst in terms of attendance at the game. I believe the Hawaii Bowl starts at 8 ET on Christmas Eve so I doubt many casual viewers will be following that until the end.

    haha ESPN always goes with the "Western KY". I believe FOX is the only network that actually ever uses WKU.

    Some WKU fans are putting down some serious cash to go to this game. The Hilltopper Athletic Foundation had a travel package which included a private chartered 737 leaving from Bowling Green, shuttle bus, and one night stay in Eden Roc for ONE THOUSAND BUCKS A PERSON. It sold out in less than a day and they're working on another. But that being said, I'd be very surprised if we sell out our allotment. Students get in free, however, so there should be a few of them.

    Flying in Sunday. Two nights at Fontainebleau (WKU team/fan hotel). Was going to stay at Loew's but saw that was the USF hotel and all of you are mean and scary (jk) so I decided against it.

    "Give us their schedule and we only have a loss to LSU..." So by this logic, you're saying the difference between USF and WKU is 3 points (loss to Indiana). "...Much more impressive defensive performances." How, exactly? WKU defense gives up less than 11 points per game in the first half while the offense has over 30 points per game by half. Everything after half is garbage time usually. You can't use the final scores as comparisons.

    Have a look at S&P+ ratings and F/+ ratings to get a better idea of how the teams compare with opponent-adjusted statistics.

    I'm more interested in the O/U than the spread. There's going to be A LOT of points. WKU's defense is decent but has struggled with dual threat QB's (example being FAU). The only defenses that have remotely slowed WKU's offense has been Vandy and LSU. Marshall was supposed to have the best defense in CUSA and they got torched. Look for it to be a fun game and both sides to be yelling at their defense to "Stop them!" Go Tops
