I doubt that, unless they got permission from USF. Aging is totally zapping my synapses, but I think there was a high school in southwest FL utilizing the Seminoles logo. They sued Southeast High School in Bradenton. Apparently FSU dropped the suit, or there was some type of settlement because they still use the spear on their helmets and the screaming Seminole logo. I'm not sure if they updated it for this year as FSU updated their own logo.
