There's some issue between USF and ticketmaster.  I have the baseball/softball pass and could not access my tickets last week against Marist.  Ticket office had to send me a link.   It happened some last year as well

Not alone. Bolts having a little problem with TM/Apple. The "convenience" of electronic ticketing is a double edged sword ....

I was going to say it is ticket master and everywhere that has  that problem. I have had it at concerts,  lightning games, bucs games, and bulls games. It was simpler in the paper days, but sadly they are making paper tickets obsolete.
