Wife's next surgery

The Mrs had her surgery today. Had the ankle fused, bone spurs removed and some tendons re-routed. Did not have to have the ankle repositioned. Trust the guy that he made the right call as he had said it was a possibility. So we start the 3 month non weight bearing today. But since that will end at the end of the year we'll likely have to go into early 2024 to get the okay to start rehab.  

After some back and forth we decided to have her come home instead of spending the night in the hospital. Couldn't guarantee a room.  They nicely said she could spend the night in post op. And then some guy moves in next to her and pissed and moaned non stop for well over an hour and was still going on when we left. We asked to be sent home.

Appreciate the concern you have shown over these last 8 months.

They did the same to my wife after her surgery about not having a room.  I kept her in post op for about 6 hours and told her you are getting our of this hell hole full of people crying in pain.
