Josh, is Harvey going in as a DB or WR, and did that effect his decision?

Ok, I'll tell ya anyway.  He's coming to USF as a Saftey, and Dylan is coming in as a corner.  Jamal has the talent to be the starter next season.

And I'm sure our coaches are telling the players that they are recruiting for "starters" ... which is not realistic, but we always want to upgrade.
