If CU has made an offer, what’s Deion waiting on? Leverage/other opportunities? His bowl game isn’t until Dec. 17 so that’s a long way to wait, if that’s his hold up. 

I don’t see how anything you’ve said above forecloses the possibility that USF interviewed and DID make Deion an offer, which he hasn’t accepted (at least, not yet).

I think the possibility (and that’s all it is at this point) that he comes to USF is still on the table.

No guarantees on the timing, but generally coaches already in a HC job wait until after their last regular season game or the conference championship game to announce. They wouldn't wait all the way until after the bowl. 

 

If the plan really is to announce a HC tomorrow, not sure if it's Prime since JSU still has their championship game next week. But again, could still happen since that's just been the past precedent but not a hard set rule to wait until after the champ game.

There may be more openings out there . . . Chadwell may not be on the list for Cinci, however... but if Fickell moves to Wisky, then somenone moves to Cinci, then . . .

Given our success with the other two coaches coming out of the Carolinas it seems like an obvious place to look
