Va Tech knocks off #3 Villanova then runs into the chain saw known as the USF Bulls Basketball.

Having a son at Arizona State gave me the opportunity to watch Rhode Island and Villanova with him as those were two of the Sun Devils first games. 
 

I thought we’d have a good fight against Rhode Island they’re tough and their talented. We under performed. 
 

I did not watch the Villanova/Virginia Tech game but I saw that Villanova is a very disciplined and structured program with physical scorers.  For Virginia Tech to beat them, they’ve got to be pretty **** solid, especially on defense.

This does not set up well for USF, but it’s the kind of game I would look forward to as a coach.

I watched the game today after recording it.  Yep, this will be beat down.  They looked uber talented.  Durr gets 4 shots blocked around the rim minimum.  I'm recording the game tonight but won't bother watching until tomorrow.

So far I am 0 for 3 on teams I like (Bulls, Cardinals, and just now Bucs). I am hoping to avoid getting swept with the Bears and Bulls game tonight or this weekend will be all about the PAIN.

I'm in same boat now that I semi-accept the Bucs and son is a Bucs fan.
