Dennis Dodd has USF 12th in Post Spring Top 25 Power Rankings

If we don't average 50-60 a game and hold our opponents under 20, no one will take us serious this season. We need to go undefeated and put a hurting on every team in our path. Part of me finally liked Willie because he wasn't afraid to run things up (he then ran off - but hey - gotta do whatcha gotta do to get paid). I doubt Charlie Strong will bring that mentality to the table.

I like the idea of starting at #12, that gives us ~12 weeks to climb one position per week.

CCS better bring the entire woodshed, and lay some serious whippins on everybody in our way.

No time for gentlemanly football this season. We need to hit em hard and bury em deep

I was listening to SXM college sports yesterday and Dodd was on talking about us for expansion and said we are a Top 10 team with a legit Heisman candidate at QB !!!!!!

Exactly, the Old Ball Coach, Jimmie Johnson, Dennis Erickson, etc. had no problem blowing people out to garner higher rankings to their schools.  Didn't hurt any of them professionally, in fact it helped their careers as being offensive (no pun intended) mind.

Dear Coach Strong, if you want to get a better job, get a raise, salvage your reputation, go out a winner, etc. blow out any team that can't stop your offense.

Dear Coach Strong, if you want to get a better job, get a raise, salvage your reputation, go out a winner, etc. blow out any team that can't stop your offense. 

Those guys were able to blow out teams with their depth.  Leaving your starters in to do it is just bad form.
