If that is the case, need to invite Boise and BYU/San Diego State and see what we can do. Currently at 12 and adding two would put total at 14. The gap behind the ACC is already minute and adding the above programs should allow the AAC to surpass the ACC. 2013/2014: realtimerpi.com/college_football/2013-2014/ncaaf_conf_Men.html 2014/2015: realtimerpi.com/college_football/2014-2015/ncaaf_conf_Men.html 2015/2016: realtimerpi.com/college_football/2015-2016/ncaaf_conf_Men.html 2016/2017: realtimerpi.com/college_football/2015-2016/ncaaf_conf_Men.html WEST Boise State BYU (San Diego State) Tulsa SMU Houston Tulane Memphis EAST Cincinnati Temple UCONN UCF USF East Carolina Navy

If the $$$ makes sense, then also CSU and UMass.

However, they are in flux, subscribers peaked two years ago and will decrease from now on, tv is changing. Also, BYU won't play on Sundays, so while they have brand awareness, no one wants them. Please, the AAC would take BYU in a heartbeat. The issue is would BYU take the AAC? They make $7 mil per year as an independent. No way they join for less than that and the AAC can't get that kind of cash right now. BYU will get strong consideration from the Big10 regardless of the contraversey they have now (due to their national following). As for not playing on Sunday's, olympic sports can find a landing place in another place as been discussed all over the interwebs. Indeed, my prediction for two team expansion to the Big12 is Hou/Cincy and BYU. Edited September 9, 2016 by NewEnglandBull

Maybe Army since they're at least east coasters. Colorado is too far away, don't like AF for that reason.

Distance is irrelevant for FB. Basketball already travels north and many Olympic sports don't play everyone or they have events with more than one team. We should improve as a conference by being proactive and by bringing in solid teams that will immediately improve & add value to the conference.
