    If true freshmen are playing (even close) to the same level as seniors, then we will be fine without them.

    The only reason why these players are getting free education and publicitiy to change their lives forever is for their positive contributions to the game of football while maintaining a "decent" scholastic record. Most of us would have loved to have their "rock star" status on campus. If they cannot do that, then they need to good. We only need winners here.

    Making progress now ... While he may not win, I feel it is important to maintain the same levels as the "big" schools if we want to be included in the same conversation. Hence, my efforts (as small as they are) to keep them in our company where possible.
