Hahaha. There is less than a 0.00% chance he's staying. I don't know where you would've ever heard that. He will most likely be a top 15 pick as the 1st or 2nd RB off the board.
LOL fake twitter account

Draft too deep at RB for him to leave early.
I agree. I think that's why Cook said he plans to stay at FSU next year.

How are the naming rights going for the Sun Dome? Not too sure about companies lining up. I'm not totally against an OCS but there are many things to be considered. We have only one ultra wealthy donor for athletics that I know of. That name is on the basketball practice facility. Can't keep asking the same people to pony up.
I wasn't specifically speaking about naming rights to the stadium.
There are a ton of advertising opportunities with a smaller donation/fee.
Interactive spots outside the stadium for kids, certain areas within the stadium, and many other things.

Assuming you are talking profits, that is quite an assumption. Bond debt, maintenance - all those things we don't pay for now - have to be offset by ticket sales, parking and concessions. Unless you draw good crowds I'm not so sure it is a money maker.
I get the overhead and the upkeep.
Tons of businesses would love the chance to be a sponsor within the stadium and that my friend is the money maker.

Maybe this man has been fundraising all along for one common goal. No need to announce if you don't have to.
I know highly unlikely, but...hey you never know.
I don't think you start a feasibility study unless you think you can afford it or know you can get the backing quickly.
I agree.
If you can fund raise for a new library or pod of classrooms, you can def get donors to go for a new stadium that would be a revenue generator.
Just do it right and not like those other people across the way.

You are talking smack about 1 player making Holtz career at ECU, but he has found success at La Tech, where Chris Johnson is not playing.
It begs the question, was the Big East just above his pay grade, or was he has handcuffed as some apologists make it out to be?
If he gets another crack at a P5 school and does good we will know the answer.
Clearly you don't understand talking smack versus a comment that was being somewhat sarcastic.
Wait, what?
Chris Johnson didn't transfer two years ago to play for Skip?
How did I miss that?????

So... Holtz wins two conference championships after Johnson leaves, but Johnson is the only reason Holtz was successful?
Not wining conference championships does NOT make your team unsuccessful, wouldn't you agree?
Maybe I should've noted to not take the post completely serious for some certain individuals.
CJ helped Skip have a successful career at ECU.

That's pretty good. Were those 20 TDs in Holtz first or second Conference Championship year?
Neither, year before.
They beat Boise in the Hawaii bowl.

We can Blame Obama
The only reason he had success at ECU was due to Chris Johnson.
Kid had almost 20 rushing TDs his senior year plus his other APY.

Even hosting FSU and your best season in almost a decade, you still barely beat UCF.

Don't like the fact that he talked about slowing down the offensive tempo so the defense can "drink some gatorade". The fast tempo we use wears defenses out by not allowing them to substitute and limits what the opposing defensive coordinator can do between snaps to get better match ups on the field. I really hope that was in jest and not something serious he wants to do. I was following via tweet so I couldn't hear his tone......
I'm pretty sure that was a joke.
He will never tell them to slow down and stop scoring.

Go figure. Joey asks if he plans on leaving here if he's successful!

Oregon as a position coach.. too tight with Tags.
Agree.
He's been ridding his coat tails for much too long not to follow Taggs.

I think he just might keep TJ for Flowers and Mack's last stand.
Makes sense to me.

Just don't see woodie staying and taking a demotion. I think I'd be ok with him as DC with Strong overseeing it.
Why wouldn't he?
Not going to get another DC job at this level right now.

I wouldn't mind that hire at all!
Hard to think we won't be able to keep anyone that has success though.

It took his seat getting hot to change his coaching philosophy, so he should be thankful.
I disagree he should be thankful that his seat got hot.
Would we really have fired him back then?
-
It's interesting to see how we all have changed over the course of four years.
How many members wanting CWT fired after the first two seasons of what Skip left us?
Can't blame him for wanting to move on before his seat were to ever get "hot" again.

Yes, like MVS said, "football is more of a business."
Mack go get your money, you deserve it kid.
I trust DJ and the others.
