No matter when, where, how much was gained / lost or vs. who what a great life thrill for QF.

He carried the ball in an NFL game.  Imagine being in the huddle and the QB calls your play in an NFL game.  Wow!  What an experience and from the time the huddle breaks to the time the whistle blows to end the play is the thrill of a lifetime.

    Congrats Q.

    Go Bulls!

    This!

A thrill the rest of us can only dream about.

    Go Q!

Absolutely. I'm just throwing it out there if you're looking for something a little off the beaten path, which Stranger Things was when I made my original post, thought it certainly isn't anymore. Altered Carbon is legit if you're a sci-fi person. If you're not into Blade Runner-esque shows and movies, it will do nothing for you. If you dig that genre, it's pretty **** good.

Check out the Swedish show "Real Humans" (2 seasons) and the Brit remake "Humans" (3 seasons). Good thought-provoker on the future of humanity v. andriodity.

Realignment will move where the money is... It's moving away from cable subscribers an more towards individual schools and the fan bases they can bring.

Long-term, I see distributors like Google, Amazon, Netflix even ESPN and others charging two hundred dollars a season to watch our games. bigger fan bases will pull in more revenue, and schools like Rutgers lose even more value to a conference.

My opinion, but changes are coming, and that can only mean more opportunity for USF.

I would rather be USF than Iowa State long-term...

And this is why we were left out last time, and will be left out again. Other than the almost 7,000 of us in here and a few locals, nobody else on the planet cares enough to buy our tickets, merchandise, advertising, etc, etc

Our brand brings very little added value. So far.

    Go Bulls!

Truthfully, USF is a great coaching situation as long as that coach plays the hand he is dealt correctly. He can be a God at USF or he can be another coach at any random p5. The money is not that much greater unless you are at a powerhouse. UF, FSU or UM will not make him an offer anytime soon, b/c they all have new coaches who should be there at least 3-4 more years. All other P5 jobs that he would get offered arent worth it. I actually see him retiring a Bull.

    Like I said, deja vu...

I'm still not fully on the CCS train, but looking forward to being wrong.

A few AAC titles,  NY6 bowl victories, possibly being the first G6 to crash the playoffs and he easily retires as USFs version of Spurrier/Bowden. And hell God forbid we actually join a P5 conference. Plus Tampa has beaches. Trust me, you realize how much you take it for granted when you move out of Florida.

His wife’s family is in Lakeland if I’m not mistaken, so that’s a huge advantage as well.

    Deja vu.

Exact same things were said about xCSH and xCWT...

One unknown, not addressed in the study, is will tackle football even be in existence in 30-40 years to warrant this kind of expenditure?

We hear millenials don’t watch, attendance is down everywhere, concussions and CTE studies will vastly change the game. Not saying I agree with it but if you aren’t sure, then maybe you just keep renting.

We'll use it for Quidditch if tackle goes extinct.
