  1. If our Freshmen and Sophomores are finding it hard to break the 2-deep, I actually see this as a good sign of our recruiting and our depth.

It's always been relatively rare for non-seniors to start games at major programs.

Can we now start thinking of ourselves as a major program ?!??!?

I thought the same thing. But, does most wins mean the greatest? CJL has 95 wins. Or does CCS win a couple Conferences and done?

    GO BULLS!

I did the math back in the day. Had we gone undefeated, his 100th win would have been in the National Championship game.

Didn't know about the new rule, that sounds pretty cool for the freshmen!

Also liking the sound of Ford turning heads with his running, not so much liking the sound of 5'5 168 though...I'm sure he maximizes it but one DE in the right place at the right time could be devastating.

    This.

IDK how one can say "5'5" 168" and "withstand punishment" in the same sentence...

I saw on Twitter a USF rep said the bobble head will be a yearly thing now. He said USF season ticket holders will vote on which USF legend will be the next bobble head. It says next year will be between Marlon Mack, JPP, Q Flowers, BJ, and Selvie.

    Called it!

"Gilbert is an idiot...we only put up 50 on Elon"

If he's as gutless in the way he puts up 50 as he was against SDSU, I will be among the first to put voice to your sarcasm! :D

Not much difference between USF, Georgia Tech, and  Vandy  relative to playing for a national championship...

And yet, Stanford has the same type of academic challenge as GT and VU, yet they compete for championships virtually every year in every sport they field.

This is something that has always seemed weird to me.

    Florida

UCF: Every Power Five program in Florida will raise their collective eyebrows here -- especially Miami, which won 10 games and made an appearance in the ACC Championship game -- but the Knights are no joke. Just ask Auburn. Since there are no head-to-head games to reference, arguing over which teams UCF would beat is pointless. So let's concentrate instead on what the Knights have going for them: a 13-game winning streak, one of the most efficient and dangerous quarterbacks in the country in McKenzie Milton, speed to burn across the field and a team that already knows how to win. Miami has undoubtedly reasserted itself into the conversation, but UCF has proven itself worthy. -- Ben Kercheval

Interesting that the AAC gets the nod in CT, FL, MD, and TN. P6 Baby!

And why is there no D1 football in Alaska???
