I love what is happening with our non-revenues, but we have struck out on the revenue producers. Would not be shocked if it takes 3 months and we still get a dud.

I said Taggart because I like him as the coach. But DW seems to want to hire some big name guy, time to get ourselves off the table and start moving forward. I for one think he has been contracting people way before the firing, hence the reason for no search committee.

If Umass football takes off and even has 7-5 or 6-6 type seasons, bye bye BC. Mass will support the University of Massachusetts over BC anyday. Yeah our guy got fired for it. I would not have been the least bit excited had USF got Addizio. Pulling a Miami are we? "Shannon got fired for losing to USF" Holtz got fired for more then just losing to Temple. BC will happy with that hire. USF needs to make more of a move and quick. This bidding season is proving that schools are not wasting time anymore. One to two weeks max so far for most of these filled positions.

My friend if USF is smart they they set up a meeting and quickly generate an offer. Maybe they go into the meeting with the plan of offering unless a red flag jumps out at them. They make a strong offer and see who else bites. No one on this board is dumb, we all know how bidding works. If USF waits to late and comes at the end of bidding war, I still think we get him, but for more money then we plan on.

The last thing we want is for USF and Louisville to be open at the same time. Just Hire Willie T and get it over with. Yes he is a growing head coach that can be a lights out recruiter and has not reached his full potential as a coach, but look at Frank Martin. Ridiculous recruiter that grew into a good coach and had some **** good teams at K-State. Its a loter easier to find your way at the Head Coach role when the roster is stacked. Strong will be gone to Tennessee before the end of week. No way do the Vols sit back and let every other major team in their conference get that much of a head start in recruiting relations. Heck Kentucky already filled its position, I would not be surprised to see Stong to Tennessee in the next hour or two.

If USF got rid of Judy Genshaft, well lets just say what a joke our institution would be. The academic structure is 20x better then before she got here for a reason.

Yeah, I agree with you. Putting that chiller plant next to the Corral thats attached to the Sun Dome really does make the west side look cluttered. Couple that with the fact that there is nothing on the north or east side of it, it really does look kind of odd. Hopefully they have something planned for at least the north side. But having all these buildings attached and surrounding the Sun Dome pretty much hides the actual arena. Maybe thats what they are going for. have you seen Dayton's Arena from the outside? Nothing to be to proud of, but the inside is different story. You guys are acting like space galore exist in that area of campus. We have all been on campus plenty of times to know that that is not the case. Who cares what it looks like on the outside, all about the inside features.

It looks fine. Have you checked around the new athletes district lately...its all different earth tones. The building looks fine.

And why should it be much better then we are used to? No one cares about the all-time series unless they are leading it. So I guess USF Football> FSU Football because we lead the all time series... not raging on you, just saying.

They are. A certain Big East program that starts with Louis and ends with Ville will be happy to help the NCAA in this investigation...I don't think the UCF would get a Big East bid. To much bad blood with current league teams.
