Yeah.  We did have beers, but the conversation I remember was around an OCS.  If there was mention of Q and the offense, I must have missed it, however, I did have to duck early to meet the wife for dinner so I maybe it was after I left. Anyway, great seeing you and Go Bulls!

Ah oh cool. It was great to meet you too! Might have been someone else that was there, I know my wife was. But, he hung around for a good while and we all chatted about a bunch of USF and football things.

Read somewhere in another thread from a poster that talked to Harlan at the Happy Hour in San Jose that the coaching staff was planning to be conservative with Q over fear of injury.  If so, they might want to rethink that approach.

Yeah man, weren't you there next to me? We had beers, right? Thought that was you. If not, my bad.

I think Charlie is concerned about Q's shelf life.

I know this is true. I asked Harlan, when we were at the SJSU game happy hour, if they were planning on letting Q loose in the offense. He said they were concerned about him staying healthy and alluded to them being a bit more conservative with him.

At some point soon, Conference play, they're going to have to let him be Q. Injuries are part of football and all that.

Anyone knows how the Alumni Tailgate works? Do they have chairs? Should we bring our own? Can we bring our own coolers?

I was wondering the same. I bought tailgate tickets earlier. It says there's a cash bar available, so that might work in lieu of bringing our own stuff. Not sure about chairs.

We were planning to go to Santa Clara Valley Brewing https://www.scvbrewing.com/ (opens at noon) and Hermitage Brewing https://hermitagebrewing.com/ ) prior to the 2 pm tailgate. Both are less than a half mile from the stadium.
