It seems like when we pass our WR are as far outside as the can possibly be. I don't get it. Why not try getting guys closer to the line and running crossing routes or slants that develop quickly
We get a huge gain on an option so they immediately run it right up the middle for a loss with the same guy. Coaching is beyond questionable.
3rd and 12. We run it right up the middle. I don't even know what to say.
I've never understood why we don't do that more. Especially with how slow our WRs are as a whole.
Our offense is just run up middle. Screen pass outside. BB run for his life. BB bomb down the field
Our offense has no creativity. Watching UAB run sweeps and stuff to the outside. Meanwhile 90% of our runs are directly up the middle. Why not take what they did against you and use it.
It's not hard. Just follow the UAB game plan. Run to the outside and just outrun our defense. Pass across the middle or swing passes to the outside. We have no answer
UCONN has the worst offense in the nation. They're getting huge chunks plays. That's more than concerning. Meanwhile our offense looks like it's stuck in neutral as it has been the last 3 weeks
