I've seen more of a dedication to the running game. This creates those longer sustained drives that keep the defense OFF OF THE FIELD.

The gameday buzz today is so fierce.

Today it sucks to be a Bulls fan. I have zero interest in this game, but these pesky season tickets that I already paid for. So I will go and miss all the good primetime games again... Maybe there will be more helmet throwing cursing meltdown awkwardness to witness? It's kind of like watching a trashy reality show or a slow trainwreck.

Our house is starting to get that home crowd mystique. I think we need a nickname like The Library, or The Mausoleum. Oh snap, what's going to happen when UCONN has to go into The Library @ Raymond James?

I agree, these seniors need to move on, I am tired of hearing how "great" they are.

After one more loss, I think it's going to be way more interesting to watch with some new players.

Nothing will change after this game. Everyone will say the same stuff, same old crap.

This is absolutely true. I think a team takes on the mentality of the coach to some degree.

Seriously though, it's getting a bit awkward after these games with all the people yelling at Holtz and staff. They need to do something... The next coach needs to bring the hard nosed mentality back because that's what TB is all about.

I also give props to the ones that showed up. I thought it got pretty loud at times too, especially on the goal line stand. At least we have some core fans that keep showing up.

I am so against the Petrino idea. I don't like his style of team, even if you take out all his shadyness.

I thought I could maybe listen to a Cosh interview to get some criticism ready, but I turned it off after he started talking. Ugh, can't take the coach speak anymore from these hacks.

I don't know if anyone caught this but Dre Davis (I think) was walking with someone else off the field after the game was over and someone yelled and slammed their helmet down over by the two horsey police. Actually, the whole scene after the game was almost like losing a war. Players were crying coming off the field, some were injured and limping off. Players saying they've had it etc. Oh and some very confomfortable things said towards Skip as he is running off the field. Yikes! Personally, I tried to encourage the players because I know part of them is going to want to go into the tank now.

I don't know what it's going to be like in that locker room now but at a glance it looks like many of the players have officially lost confidence and composure. Can they get it back for UCONN who they should be able to beat?

Skip looked like he lost this team weeks ago, and I don't blame them. The players are tired of the same thing happening to them over and over again just like we are. If skip doesn't go I could see several of them transferring out.

I was thinking the same thing. Some leaders need to rise up and eek out a win before the season is over. Oh and the leader is not going to come from the coaching staff. They were starting to show some real signs of improvement in the last two games, so all is not lost.

That said, I've been in some bad locker rooms in the past and I don't know how these guys are going to get out of this funk. I hope it's there because they do have some improvements to build upon...

also he settled for a FG again. same as he did against temple. go for the first dwon and you can run out clock. settle for FG and leave them 1:30 to drive for game winner. wasn't even a chip shot. at least pretend to coach to win the game.

What a putz. You knew they were pulling up for a field goal there while everyone else in the crowd knew that you had to go for the TD. By the way, what if they miss the field goal? It was kind of windy that night. Luckily Bonani is awesome, but I just knew Cuse was going to at least get down in scoring position quickly. I was thinking we should have let them score with 55 seconds left on the clock and then try to kick a FG to win. See the crazy stuff that USF makes me consider?

I turn off any pre or post game show when Skip or Cosh are talking.

I would love to have Butch Davis. I don't see anyone like Jimmy coming back after being out for so long.

And will the coaches that have seen the same games we have continue to pull up and play conservative when we have clearly established that any team can march down the field and score a touchdown to win in the final minute? You morons.
