Other programs have gone through hard times too. Some of the people on this board make me laugh. One horrible season and they are asking if we should abolish the football program. We'll be back. It may take a few years, but we will get there.

Woolard hired Skip, who had done well at ECU. He fired him after a couple bad seasons. he's brought in Taggart who everyone is in love with. he has nothing to do with this team outside of that. People are idiots.

That is absolutely ridiculous. ADs do not just hire coaches. They set the tone for the entire department, and right now this department is a complete shambles. USF is completely hopeless as long as people keep thinking the way you're thinking.

I work for an AD. I know what they do. He's done everything you'd expect a AD to do

Are we the worst team in college football? Well, a team that must be better than us if that is the case is FIU.. They just lost to Louisville by a score of 72-0... Saturday, October 26th may be a BAD BAD BAD day for USF football. Losing is one thing, but if we are anywhere close to 72-0, that is going to be hard to take in as we move to 0-7 and get beat down like this.

If I had to put my finger on one thing, it would be the descent of the program. Measure it in on field success, visibility or revenue. Failure on all fronts.

For all those who want Willard gone who is gong to replace him? You want someone much better than him right? Here's a list of arguably the top 25 AD's. Open your wallets because whatever is spent to lure one of them from the P5 to USF, IF its even possible,  is going to cost a lot more than what Woolard makes.

Those top 25 started from somewhere else, they weren't born to their position.  Are you that dense?  Stupid question but hey, coming from you that's probably the best I can say.  We need a young up and comer at the assistant AD level from a top flight institution that actually has a history of CFB excellence.  What we don't need is a retread from a Div 1AA system who's claim to fame is great Title 9 sports teams.  Keep your wallet in your pants, like you always do, your $2.98 won't be needed.  Your nearly 10K posts in this forum just seem to be you wanting to hear yourself rather than contributing anything of value.  Continue on in your next 10K.

Truly. The guy that complains the most about the last two up and coming coaches on the entire board now wants an up and coming AD. Priceless.

 

 

So did we get assistant coaches from the SEC, B1G, Big 12, no we didn't.  We got head coaches from ECU and WKU with a modicum of success at that level.  Do a search and tell where I was happy about Holtz or Taggart from the beginning........you won't find it, I was never happy with the hires.  Results past and present indicate I'm certainly more right than any of you putz's.  Winning attitudes and accountability start at the very top of an organization, we obviously have had and continue to have a problem in that position.

McMurphy is a loser, have you heard him speak? He's the awkward geek that you can tell had few friends growing up.

Newspapers everywhere are doing it. Sarasota Herald Tribune does it, I can't read my home town news anymore. AJC is doing it on some articles. I'd pay for a multi-paper pass, but these guys all seem to want $10/month. Ain't happening. NFL.com, CBS, etc. does good and SB collects all the best stories and emails them to you if you are on their list.

Holtz may have had Woulard along with at least Griffin of the WRs that left BUT THAT DOESN'T MATTER, time to face reality. All the treating of FIU,FAU and UCF as not being in the same class, being inferior, has come back to haunt us.

 

I'm done getting mad over this sorry team because I have more important things to worry about. The team has become comical.

The talent on this team is a joke, but we are better than McNeese State and FAU. Coaching staff has done a putrid job.
