Agree with Smazza here, We have a culture of losing and its tolerated by the AD, President, Donors (esp the Big Donors) the fans and small donors support it by defending it.(students don't support it since they stopped showing up for games). The Hard On for this Athletic Program is great but its also a HUGE problem.  Time to wake up people.

  Until we change the Culture of accepting losing Nothing will change.   We need to make changes before we kill off the fan base we have left(14,000 diehards at last few Football games and 3000 to 4,000 at BB.

What you said is true, but in all fairness to Taggart he's just getting here and football is normally a much longer turn around process then basketball. Now as for basketball the answer could be this guy who I know would win big immediately next season at USF and he would be interested if approached because of the location, talent in the state, and the talent already on the roster. If he still has the restriction on recruiting by the NCAA there is no more perfect place to be then USF where he doesn't have to go far to recruit talent.

Would be a great hire, but our AD is a turd that has no clue how to run a successful organization.

Nothing can really explain how awful the refs have been tonight.

Collins at least wants to win.

We need to realize that when we're playing on national TV we need to put an entertaining product on the tube if we ever want to become a force in athletics. 99% of the people not associated with one of these schools have already changed the channel.

No, they're not bad. They might not be elite, but they've shown flashes of good, exciting play this year. Inconsistent, yes.

 

Bottom line is there's no reason to get excited about them. They just disappoint like every other major USF sport.

Abdul Aleem is so awful.

I'd like to give Heath the benefit of the doubt, but the team is so poorly coached its almost unwatchable.

This team is not going to win many games. Just like the football team. Doug is running the department into the ground.
