Saw big improvement from DL, loved the transfer at LB(though he missed a play or two), need secondary to step up….we just got hit by the perfect storm and were not ready for it….i think we will be fine

We have to learn as a team, coaching staff, culture, university to respond to being hit in the face, we have to learn to win again, we have to learn to fight…and ues it needs to happen soon..

Since we are talking tweets, our current DT Cheney, who actually made some plays against as good of an oline we face all year, just tweeted Blessed to be here….still alot of football to be played

Our best years we had a strong dline, our worst years the dline has been horrendous

I was impressed with the flashes i saw from Cheney, first impact plays ive seen from our DTs in a couple years, Hansford and Logan also had some TFLs against a great OL….did they miss some plays? Yes, but they also made some TFLs and showed some heart….more than I saw over last couple years

We got punched in the mouth by a very good BYU team and this team still hasnt learned how to win, call it coaching, call it culture, or the players we have but i saw glimpses after the 1st qtr, Gerry is an upgrade, wrs are good if they can get past drop issues, oline pass protected well, a couple d-linemen made plays, still alot of season left

He needs to right the ship and do it quickly, i think we need to get to 2-2 and then focus on a good ecu team

I have spoken with these two players beginning about four weeks ago.  These are terrific guys representing us on social media, events and on the field - for all USF fans. Terrific.  You'll see.  We need to rep them just as well.

So reaching out, that was what I did.  But the members here raised the funds to help our players with NIL.  We have accomplished part of that mission.  There are two other players that may also come aboard.  There has been no hesitation by any players, it's just time and schedules.  As you know, these guys are busier than almost any of us and the season is getting closer.

Please keep that in mind as we go forward.  I know Brian and Antonio want to be involved here but there is a season we all care about.  That's their priority. 

Both will soon have a "club" on that part of our site where we can continue to provide NIL to the players and they share posts, videos, audios, chats, downloads, Q&As, etc. with all revenue to the players.
