  1. Talent, potential. Davis, St. Louis, Nicholas, Moffit, Baloon, Ronnie Mchollough, Gene Coleman.
  2. Very exciting news to me. In case anybody doesn't know I go to Riverview and watched Tyrone play, so great to hear he might come home. My opinions on him: He has the potential to be good at either position, he played more running back in HS, and mostly blitzed as an outside speed rusher when put on defense. The thing that makes me think he might be better suited for RB at USF is our depth at LB, and lack of it at RB, but he is a big dude. Maybe even as a DE the way I have seen him play on defense, but again we have a lot of young talented depth there as well. btw, No I really don't know him personally.
  3. Hey, Velcro- something on the depth chart. CJ Hunnicut is listed as other in MLB; didn't he join the Army.
  4. As Omni said he commited a while back, but it has been considered "soft". He is still taking his visit to USF and he is still seriously looking at LSU.
  5. That probably ended with Marquise Cooper in the 3rd last night. I hoped not, but figured probably wouldn't be a Buc now.
  6. Beat me too it Howie!! Congrats, I hoped the Bucs would take him at 111, but took Will Allen from OSU. Well, now I don't hate the Eagles as much now.
  7. I remember hearing one time that he wasn't related to the other Freddie Solomon.
  8. Nightlife: Definately hit up Ybor City!! If you can afford it (pretty pricey) try Bern's Steakhouse and/or the Columbia Restaraunt.
  9. Also remember the Bulls were going up against game two of the playoffs with the Lightning. I know about 5 people who didn't go to the spring game cuz of the Lightning.
  10. Yeah I was thinking about doing that Trip, but the thing was I wasn't sure how long the spring game would last and I really didn't think it would be worth it just to spend a half hour at the game. I wish the Lightning game would have started at 3:30 or 4:00 and I would have. Actually the way they played I wish I would have gone to the spring game. :'(
  11. The great thing is that they could play better than they did. I'm going on Saturday so unfortunately I'll miss the spring game. If the Lightning game was an hour later I would try to do both.
  12. Thanks for asking. I'll let you know I've lived in the Tampa area my entire life, so I'm probably a little bit biased but I think the last five years the Outback Bowl has been more entertaining. Just sorta depends on what you like more or who the teams are. The Outback has a beach day for both teams and their fans, a day at Busch Gardens (local theme park), a parade in Ybor City the night before on New Year's Eve and usually during the week of it the teams and fans usually go to a Lightning hockey game. Don't really know much other than the games about the Capital One bowl and I'm sure some people could tell you more about te Outback Bowl actualy. btw, I love the majority of Big East fans, most have made us feel welcome and unlike the C-USA who can just be so idiotic at times. Hope I helped a little
  13. Got a question for y'all: If the playoffs were to start right now who would be in:That's right my D-RAYS! Sorry for the somewhat stupid post, but hey, I've got to milk that as long as possible!! lol
  14. Oh ok thanks Howie, I can't wait until the spring game next week.
  15. Was it open to the public this morning? Anyone go, can give a summary of what happened.
  16. Rays and Yankees play alot in the first month too.
  17. That would be scary relying on all new running backs if Crossley doesn't graduate. Also, I think on National Signing Day I heard that the rb from Miami and TJ weren't eligible yet. But if we need to Trae Williams and Ronnie Mcchollough wouldn't be bad back there. In the Trib this morning they had a pic of Willie Williams playing rb.
  18. 7-7 tie. Rocco hit two homers, Cruz hit one and Waechter went 3 innings. 45,000 was the attendence
  19. Thanks, I wasn't sure if you were still with the team when PJ got here. I think PJ is more mobile which will help give time to make things happen. Sheriff, it seems like O-line depth has been a problem for all 7 years, but I'm hoping the freshman that redshirted and the incoming guys will help out this year. I think the front 7 on defense is going to be incredible this year. Talent and depth wise, especially at LB.
  20. It's getting crazy out there. Just a thought I haven't seen anywhere else: Does anyone think Rick Neuhiesel will end up with even more problems from this because I'm sure at least some of the allegations go back to when he was there.
  21. Sheriff, that kind of surprises me. My thoughts last year were that I was OK if PJ made freshman like mistakes because he was a freshman. It got to the point where Banks was making fr. mistakes as a fourth year Jr. What were your impressions of Banks when you played (I'm assuming you've used to work out or practice with him).
  22. I left for about 10 minutes. Back, You know I hope we keep playing Southern Miss in all sports. No matter what it is always a good feeling when we beat them.
  23. WOW! That was an interesting headline to wake up to! :-/ But, for the football aspect, if we loose him for a long amount of time (as we probably will) I don't think it will hurt us as much as what it would have this past year. We're probably going to run the ball more this year anyway, but I think our recieving core will be better this year with Bain maybe being a leader stepping up, Green and then Peyton. It still hurts though. How do you let child support payments go to 17 grand!?
