Don't know if you were there or not but the white on white looked really good. I was there with some friends of mine who graduated from PSU and said they looked very sharp. Actually, I think the white on white with the white shoes makes us look very quick. Carlton Hill is huge a really looks like he is going to be a great player for USF. He stood out during warm ups.

Wow, was looking through my Sunday Tampa Tribune paper today and saw that in the Travel section they had front page information called "Rivalry Revelry". It basically showed all of the major Florida football programs, EXCLUDING USF >, and information with regards to places to tailgate, places to eat, etc. and even mentioned there upcoming games. I understand it's an article discussing things to do when/if you travel to these places to watch games, but come on...this is Tampa and our home team is USF. Whey couldn't they at least put the same information in there so that people in Tampa could get an idea where to go when/if they watch a USF game. I'm sure there are several people in Tampa who have no idea what goes on for the USF games. For God's sake they even had BCC and FAMU info! They will be getting some choice words from me this afternoon!

Why in the world would FAU play a game in our backyard? WTF? That doesn't make sense!

Not sure if this has been talked about or not, but what was the issue with JL and Royal last night? They were sure yelling back and forth at each other. If Royal was showing up JL, he should have been sent to the locker room. I know that he was called again for another bonehead unsportsman-like penalty which he has been known for.

Holy Crap...I can't believe that people are actually talking about getting rid of JL! Are you for real? We have a bad showing against a good SEC team and we sound like a bunch of Gators bitchin about everything. Look, we know that we have some problems at the QB position but we have to admit that the past 2-3 years we have gone hard after a top notch blue chip QB recruit and have come up empty. On the other hand, we have a few good ones coming in next year and it should only get better with our inclusion in the Big East. I'm still not giving up on Julmiste...I've seen some good things from him and will only maintain a positive attitude. Hell, he "is" what we have this year and we better support the players we have. I do agree that our offensive sceme needs work and that will come in time as we have the type of QB that can run more of a traditional offense. Banks was a marginal QB talent coming out of high school and Julmiste ran an option style offense in high school. We can't expect them to come in a start dropping back like a prototype QB. Let's just get behind this team...I still us competing for the conference championship this year. Our defense as usual will have to keep us in games.
