    There is no step in early. He has no reason to sign a contract that won’t allow him to buy it out to go to a bigger school. We just need to understand that and live with that. Unless we hire a man of high standing, which I think he is, that understands he can have a great life here, he’s gone. Then throwing more money on top, doesn’t matter. That’s why getting passed over by P5 conferences has nearly put the death hold on us.
