  1. I have four tickets for an established member as well. Of course they are free, but you'll have to share some comments and pictures for those of us unable to make it.
  2. It's like the old Outback - No rules, Just right....
  3. @BigSteve is a big hitter. Welcome to the pen!
  4. Alabama. Not sure they had no returners, but they did add 8 or 9 from the portal. Not all that unusual (to add a bunch), but their success (Final Four) was.
  5. Welcome to TheBullsPen.com. Please feel free to browse around and get to know the others. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.

  6. Has there been any reporting yet on dollars pulled in and dollars paid out directly to players?
  7. Two of Five. It is significant. However, the cupboard could be cleared.
  8. Ok, you win that point, nobody "knows". It all depends on the situation. That is true. Still, not to argue something silly, my only point was that chasing the dollars can have an unwanted result - i.e. Brian Battie (not Horn or Weaver).
  9. Honestly, he wasn't here long enough to fall in love with...but some of you guys were desperate! All that said, I hope he stays. Should he not, so be it.
  10. How can that be the point? If CY goes to a school that can drop a million on him as some suggest, he'll be coming off the bench. The Bluebloods stack it deep.
  11. If CAAR is the coach you think he is and leaves, I'm sure we'll see a huge turnover.
  12. Remember they also have Top NET teams in those conferences too.
  13. Remember the story of Brian Battie...the money is great....being a role player is not.
  14. Youngblood was best ball player on the squad. I was getting the feeling he and CAAR were in lockstep, almost like father/son. Maybe CAAR has some wisdom he'll share about CY leaving the nest.
  15. This is the leading indicater CAAR may be moving on.
  16. USF ATHLETICS GoUSFBulls.com FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE DATE: Monday, April 8, 2024 CONTACT: Andrew Gapinski STORY South Florida Pulls Mama Dembele And Ines Piper From Transfer Portal Tampa, Fla. – April 8, 2024 – South Florida women’s basketball head coach Jose Fernandez announced the addition of transfers Mama Dembele and Ines Piper on Monday afternoon. The duo will join the Bulls for the upcoming 2024-25 campaign and joins the incoming freshman class of Amy Thompson and Yana Karamfilova. Dembele, who is ranked as the ninth transfer in the nation by ESPN, comes to Tampa Bay after four successful years at Missouri. This past year, the 5’6 guard was named the 2023-24 SEC Scholar-Athlete of the Year, selected to the All-SEC Defensive Team, and earned a spot on the CSC Academic All-District squad. During the 2023-24 season at Missouri, Dembele, collared a triple-double, five double-doubles, and logged 18 double-digit scoring performances. Her triple-double was a 15-point, 11-rebound, and 11-assist performance against Auburn (Feb. 11). The Manlleu, Spain native also had six games with five-plus steals, 14 games with five or more assists, and five 10-plus assist performances. She finished the year ranked sixth nationally with an average of 6.5 assists per game and 3.3 steals per contest. Coach Fernandez on Dembele: "After playing in the SEC for the last 4 years, Mama (Dembele) brings a wealth of experience to our program. Not only did she lead her team in assists, but she was also a force on the defensive end earning her a spot on the All-SEC Defensive Team." Piper heads to Tampa Bay after two years at Temple. This past season the 6’0 forward started 23 games and appeared in 32 contests for Temple. She logged nine double-digit scoring performances, had three double-figure rebound games, and collared a pair of double-doubles throughout the year. The Paris, France native put up her first career double-double with 15 points and a personal-best 11 rebounds in the season opener against Delaware St. (Nov. 6). Her second double-double of the season was a personal-best 16 points and 10 boards against UPenn (Dec. 10). Before her time at Temple, Ines spent two years at Northwest Florida State College, where she helped her squad to a NJCAA National Championship in 2020-21 and was an All-Panhandle Second Team selection. Coach Fernandez on Piper: "As an international player, Ines (Piper) fits our style of play at USF. With her combined athleticism and experience she will give us another threat at the four spot."
  17. I agree. The problem is, at some point you can't insure every player's move by giving them a fallback. That is not elite.
  18. Thanks, but I had no problem getting to the order page, I received that directly from USF.
  19. Just caught this, after originally selecting the tickets, it opened a "continue" button behind other open windows. I only saw it because I was looking for something else. Oddly, enough, or right on time, I got an email. within it was: Parking lots will open at 10 am. You are welcome to tailgate before the game, but we do ask that you confine your tailgate to your parking spot, or utilize nearby grassy areas. Inside the stadium, there will be several fan activations, a Kids Zone, food and beverage options, and a beer garden. The stadium gates will open at 12 p.m. with all general public seating in the stands and around the field berms on a first-come basis. Please arrive early for the best seats. You are welcome to bring blankets and use seating areas on the grass berms surrounding the playing surface.
