The offense was bad, but the defense was abysmal at best.

I am not a basketball fan, but it is good to see them do well. Maybe the basketball team can get invited to the tournament and bring in some money and exposure for all the athletic departments to benefit from.

I think so. There is some bad blood brewing between the Gators/SEC nation because the entitlement syndrome that UCF has. I hope if the SEC ever does expand they take us over them. I highly doubt the SEC will ever add teams. The Big12 or ACC will be the most likely destination. I think we could compete best with the BIG12, ACC, and PAC 10/12 teams. WE are just sitting at the dinner table begging for scraps at this point.

USF was not happy to be in the game, and after all those loses, they probably just wished the season ended. It showed on the field and in the stands. 

Now with that being said, we need to build a fan base that comes no matter what, in larger numbers, because our turnout for the bowl was horrible. 

The only way to build that is win and bring an exciting product on the field.

Next year we are in the same field to start as UCF. The magic streak is over, they lost their bowl game, and ended their season with a bowl loss. We need to take advantage of this momentum and break our loss streak versus them.

Did you learn how to use the transitive property at USF or UCF?

If their best receiver can't catch the ball over the 4th and 5th db on the team, there is no way in hell he beats WILLIAMS.

IPF is the first step, but getting an OCS  and into a major conference is what is needed to ever truly be great.

It would be a great hire, but a huge demotion from him. Houston just hired WV coach so that is interesting. He underachieved in the fans' eyes at WV with Grier and Company.

I would take Koetter but I doubt he takes a paycut to come to USF. His teams were always fun to watch at Boise State and was a good offensive coordinator for the Falcons. I think he gets a NFL job as OC .

I doubt he could do worse. He had us beating better teams consistently in the Big East.
