Just put me on ignore   We are all on the road of life..some are futher allong than others...If I can help someone I am glad to help...

 

Imagine....Tug of war  6 people..on each side.... rope is steched tight.. 5 of the six on one side are facing the knot in the center..on is facing the other way...

 

What is the problem...?????

 

The real truth is DONT"T know...Many times people jump to conclusions on insuficient facts or data....calling to Fire Coaches AD....

 

It might be that the person turned around is saying get ready,,,great win,,or the person is blind and cannot see....

 

Lets open our eyes...

WOW!!!! Max bonus for Dougie is $2.5 MILLION!! He's the only AD in the millions in that category, and looks like Joe Castiglione of Oklahoma is 2nd at $760K. Total Pay before bonus he looks to be pretty average though, but that max bonus REALLY stands out.

What all does he have to do to get that $2.5 mill?

I think he just needs to make a BCS bowl game and win the Big East.

Every USF athletic team would have to win the national title in the same year. That would rock.

I wish it was as simple as leadership....When large salaries and positions or power are involved nothing is simple....

 

Like JL getting fired We will never know the true story,, or the games played....

Well,I suppose if we had a solid program in a solid conference, no one would be questioning the pay.

 

I think the CJL thing displayed a lack of leadership and this whole conference implosion can be argued either way.  The extensions to the HCs were questionable, especially the whole decision/handling of FCSH.

 

Just a mess.  Hopefully another determined, strong-willed, young, competitive football coach willing to invest his life into the program can once again cover up for us.
